I'd forgotten how much fun it was to watch championship level baseball in Milwaukee.
Thanks Brewers!
KA-BONG- happy for you. While I am ecstatic, you have been the most loyal and super fan. Props to you. Weβre not done yet!
Congrats Brew Crew fans! They've had a hell of a season, played great down the stretch, earned the Division. Hopefully my Cubs can win tomorrow and set up another series of a pretty good rivalry.
Got to admit evening rounds at the hospital was MUCH more enjoyable.
Taught the Grand Daughters how to behave during a beat down of the
DIRTY STINKING ROTTEN CUBS
in their house!
Anybody have a photo of Brewer fans holding a L in Wriggly? Better be on local sports tonight!

The Brewers went 8-0 to end the season. Every team was trying to avoid pitching to Yelich if at all possible and went to left handers as often as possible.

Huh? I'll put my fandom up against any of youz!
How sweet this has been. Sweeping the Dirty Birds and then beating the Cubs in their house with the Crew fans as loud as heck!
There really is no better way to win the division.
Right now I am just waiting for Maddon to use the 'they were tuckered' excuse.
Can't wait until Friday Thursday!
Don't want to pat myself on the back to much , but my post from Sept. 3, 2018:
Cubs are due for a collapse. The Brewers already had theirs and are back on the winning track. Don't count out the division yet.
How about Santana though. Couldn't put wood to the ball in the spring, sent down to the farm, got a second chance with Sept call ups and raked.
Same with Knebel. Also with Arcia. We must have some great minor league instructors that can spot flaws and fix them.

Cubs played 14-11 after September 3. That's a 90 win pace. Clearly not good enough to win the division outright, but hardly a collapse. The Brewers went 17-6 over the same period. You sell the Brewers effort well short by saying the Cubs collapsed.
After going 15-10 in July and 18-10 in August I think a 16-12 Sept. is a collapse. I bet the Cubs think that too.

No triples to left is an issue.
Hit 'em where they ain't.
Unser Choe taught me that.

Cubs' Kris Bryant was very magnanimous giving the Brewers a lot of credit. Pretty classy in defeat.

Watching the highlights (again). Kills me that Rizzo does a curtain call for a game tying homer in the fifth. Amateur hour.
I'm surprised you could find the highlights
