Andrew Brandt - always tells us the truth

You know Johnny's serious about football and the new league when he throws an interception in the end zone, gets a teammate's knee upside the head trying to make a tackle, wobbles to the sideline and into the tunnel, and then returns to enjoy a snack of nachos on the bench while his teammates bust their butts on the field (and lose). Why do teams keep signing this guy?

(Remember Jayrone Elliot? 7.5 sacks in the AAF -- how far the once-great-hope has fallen...)

I think teams keep signing this guy thinking that people are still interested in him.  I am sure there are still some that are but I think the majority just wants him to go away.

I can see a ESPN 30 for 30 special in about 15 years where he is interviewed in his house in Texas getting choked up about all the chances he pissed away.
