Needs its own thread away from the Jets

I haven't watched it. I'll probably check it out later but I'll let @PackerHawk tell us the story before I see it.

Wilde on the radio just now....said he doesn't see himself watching it. Wilde relayed a story he never told before ....

Wilde remembers Rodgers as the guy he had to cancel dinner on after the 2009 season because his wife was in labor. Rodgers showed up at the hospital to bring some flowers for Wilde's wife. Jason Wilde wants to remember the guy that was at his house playing with his daughters, hiding under the bed. Wilde doesn't know the guy in the current format but Wilde doesn't quit on people. He's avoiding watching Enigma.

Good stuff from Wilde.....and like I always say.....the truth ALWAYS comes out, it just takes time.

So this is blowing up on the innerwebs from the documentary. Apparently, thanks to what many believe is very creative editing (AKA FAKE NEWS!), MLF is making it seem like it was one Ted Thompson who was responsible for taking Jordan Love, not Gute.

Since Rodgers also ok'ed what was on the documentary, and has no love for Gute, the conspiracy theory is that Rodgers had the editing team purposefully splice this to make Gute look bad.

Volume UP

Wilde reached out to someone in the Packers org about the "TT drafted Love" thing, who was there during the interview with MLF.  Says that what MLF said about drafting Love was that it was like when TT drafted Rodgers, and the producers of the documentary spliced it in such a way as to make it seem like he said it was TT's idea to draft Love.

So, it's BS.  Which makes you wonder how much of the rest of the documentary is BS.

Hmm. Aaron Rodgers vindictive? Holds a grudge? Say it isn't so!

He apparently rattled on and on yesterday on MacaFee on the "V" word as well stating before anyone said anything about him, he needed to know your vax status. And if you were someone who's had them, your opinion means nothing.

Like, WTF happened to him. I get the Packers will rightfully hang #12 in the rafters one day. But you just get the vibe it's a day they are simply dreading.

From Peter, and yes, this is sarcasm...

He did give Wolf his opinion on Favre, and of course he drafted Rodgers.

2 out of 3.

They specifically made it sound like Gutey had nothing to do with drafting Love. He was GM at the time.

Godgers is a very smart guy. He knows exactly WTF he's doing and that "edit" was purposeful. Godgers would never allow that shit to be aired without his 100% approval.

Kudos to MLF for clearing it up. He could've  simply said "No Comment" but hopefully his explanation puts to bed more bullshit.

I lo this guy and couldnโ€™t agree with him more.    I need the boosters listed like pro bowls next to the analysts name.

Keith Oberman / 12 boosts.

Dude's still living in 2021 and doesn't realize the world has moved on and nobody cares anymore.

Further proof he's still living in 2021 is he still thinks he's relevant in the NFL.

AR is going to really struggle with not being the center of attention once he's done in the league. With his ridiculous opinions and takes that he can't let go of, I highly doubt any of the networks would even entertain the idea of having him call games or host in any way (even though AR also claims he's not interested in this). Can't see him coaching either. We've seen what a disaster it is when he's played GM.

Plenty of players speak about how hard it is once you leave the game and how empty it feels to no longer get the attention they once did. With AR, times that by about 1000.

I won't watch it. Here's the way I look at it. I watch the Packers to cheer them on every week to win a Superbowl. Whatever these guys do on their off time I could care less.  I really don't care. You have good guys like Bart Starr that was an excellent football player and a real good guy off the field. And you have guys like Cam Newton, Antonio Brown etc etc that are not role models. All I want is for Aaron Rodgers (When he was here) and the team to go out every week and do what they get paid for. So many of my Bears and Queen fan friends blabbing on about how weird Rodgers was/is never bothered me. Did the Packers kick your ass this week?...STFU then.

Heโ€™s proven to have plenty of interests outside of football.  He will be just fine.

He does for sure.

His #1 interest is being adored. I'm sure he will find plenty of people to adore him once he's done playing. He's got plenty of $$$ for that.

I haven't seen episode 3 yet. But 1 and 2 confirmed a lot of things we already knew/thought about him but some new things pop up here and there.
