You're a Viking fan, we're Packer fans, but we're all humans. We may not like your team, and we may not like Peterson very much, but that's just football.  We've all got AP's back tonight, no matter what color shirt he wears at work.

AP's 8 year old brother died when AP was like 7 when he was hit by a drunk driver. Then his step brother was murdered. Jesus Christ, talk about some tough times. I don't know how he can suit up today with his little guy having just been beaten to death. Need to take that scum POS and put him in general population in a Minnesota State pen with an "I killed AP's 2 y/o son" tattooed on his forehead. Then check back in a month to see how he's doing.

I know this sounds kind of harsh, but Peterson was hardly a father to the little guy. Peterson didn't even know he had a son until a couple of months ago and never met him until he went to visit him in the ER. Did he stay at his bedside, like a normal father would? No, he went back to MN after a few hours.

I feel bad for the boy, but Adrian Peterson is not father of the year.

LOL at the picture...Travis has more wives but less kids.
Do either of them have any wives?

Actually, accoridng to Wikipedia (standard disclaimers apply) each has been married once.  However, the following snippets from the "Personal life" sections of each player are interesting:

From Antonio Cromartie's:
quote:
In March 2010, the Jets provided Cromartie with a $500,000 advance so he could make outstanding child support payments.

From Travis Henry's:
quote:
He was arrested in Polk County, Florida in March 2009 and charged with failing to pay $16,600 in child support.[13] His lawyer estimates that he is obligated to pay at least $170,001 per year in child support payments.[11]
