Great guy. He was well worth the second round draft pick that we gave for a "backup" at Iggles. I wish him well, a classy guy.
I'd love it if this guy could/would come aboard as an assistant CB coach or Nickel CB Coach or whatever designation they want to give him. Let Al teach our CBs how to play the position...if he can instill half the heart and effort he played with, we will have a bright future at CB.
We didn't get him for a second it was a 2nd for 4th swap.

It is too bad injuries forced his hand. He has a tremendous work ethic and will undoubtedly remain a fan favorite, even in retirement.

Agreed, sign Al to a one day contract so he can retire as a Packer as soon as it's possible. Get it done, Ted!
Al is one of my all-time favorite Packers. He weighed a buck seventy-five wet, but he'd knock a player twice his size on his ass coming off the line of scrimmage. #31 was fearless, and has a huge heart.

The Rams could always release him after their last game.
He got a ring last year, it would be a nice gesture if they could do a ceremony in front of the crowd.
May not happen until next season, but I hope it happens eventually.

Can he coach special teams?
Philadelphia would have him coaching the OL or RB's.
A total class act. They need to put him in the Packer HOF ASAP.
