Longtime Jeopardy! host dies at 80 after two-year pancreatic cancer battle
In addition to Jeopardy!, Trebek hosted a whole bunch of game shows going back to the 1970s:
Double Dare, which involved no physical challenges but was a surprisingly erudite daytime game show;
Classic Concentration, a 1980s update of the rebus-and-memorization game show;
High Rollers, a variation of "Shut the Box";
The 1990s version of To Tell the Truth, also with 80-year-old Kitty Carlisle Hart and her pearls;
and a bunch of others.
