There's a difference between being entertaining, and outright annoying. Deion's always yelling at the TV, acting like a fool in general. Him and Michael Irvin need to take some downers or something. Poor Steve Marucci and Rich Eisen look like a couple of dogs trying to break out of their cage.

I love the NFL Network, but these two clowns, Deion in particular, are making it harder and harder to watch.

This morning Faulk and Irvin were having some players only type 'chat'.

Marshall went as far to say that Aaron wasn't elite anymore after he watched Matt Flynn's performance.

The over the top yelling between Dieon and Irving, and don't forget Sapp gets to be too much sometimes. You can almost see Eisen rolling his eyes.

Either way, what Faulk said was absurd. The more I watch NFL Network the more I am becoming annoyed. But with BSPN the only other choice... what's a fan to do?!

Yet millions of people still watch it. If it aggravates people that bad, I just can't understand why they continue to tune in.

Look at the BSPN and Skip Bayless banter around here... It's a seemingly never ending whine fest about old Skippy. I don't have a clue what that dip**** has to say... because I don't watch him. Seems rather simple to me.

Yes, oh my god, it is actually embarrassing when those idiots do that chant. You are on national TV morons, not Dave fom the Wal-Mart stock departments basement bar playing armchair QB drinking Bud Light. Ridiculous how bad commentary has gotten, I blame it all on Keith Olberman and Dan Patrick's old Sunday night "big show" they use to do. Ever since, you can't be anything other than a complete ass when talking sports on tv. It has spawned the likes of Kenny Mayne and Colin Cowherd among countless other bigmouth douchebags.
The bottom line is that there is only so much to talk about regarding any particular game and the explosion of the amount of analyzers and programs espn, nfln, csn etc just floods the airwaves with idiotic comments from idiotic commentators. Its cheap programming, (most of these guys can't be getting much)and the pregame shows especially, must get pretty good advertising from people tuning in early to catch their game.

Yes, NY will get all the hype this week. It will seem as though they are a reincarnation of the Steel Curtain. But who is going to turn on the TV or radio and want to hear how this game is most likely going to be another GB win.

As for the games themselves, the broadcaster's jobs are to keep the games interesting. That explains all the fawning over whoever is hot at the moment on the field.

Yes, to many of us, one knowledgeable color person breaking down a play, explaining a defense or offensive formation, etc would be great, but the broadcasts aren't meant for us, they are for my wife.

... because there's no other options for football news on TV. ESPN and NFL Net. are equally bad. However, I'll suffer through 50 minutes of their crap to get a small bit of news regarding the Packers - if I am lucky. Also, what's this venue of having bimbos asking the so called "analysts" questions. If it for entertainment value, then why do they not show more legs? Show more legs and I'll be quiet.
