OK I need a judges ruling for a social network challenged guy like myself, is it "twittering" or "tweeting"?
Fedya?? yah, all the others I follow ARE my boyfriends.
ha ha, got it Fedya.
Shoeless. If you're going to do it, it's a tweet. If you've done it, it's a twaat.
Twits tweeting twaats, whats the world coming to?
Twobble.
AR said maybe after the SB on the last show with Wilde. I could understand why he might not want to though ...
A-12's newest tweets.....

cute couple.
The GOAT of all drummers? Try again Aaron....
Taylor Hawkins isn't even the best drummer in his own band.
He's solid, but Rodgers better hope there's no mandatory drug tests for the next few days.
Those not on Twitter are missing out on Tom Crabtree vs. Aaron Rodgers. It's all in good fun. Crabtree just tweeted this picture and this caption: "Boy I sure hope I win the science fair!"

When Taylor Hawkins and Dave Grohl grow up they want to be this guy.
Nice catch Hungry! I was guessing if Herschel saw this he would know who it was. Or as they call him in Japan, "Steve God" Lol! Incredible musician and my favorite drummer by far. Lots of great drummers out there but he has been my biggest inspiration and had the greatest influence on me personally. It never ceases to amaze me how I can be in church or just about anywhere and as soon as I sit down at my set and start cranking out the iconic groove to, "50 Ways To Leave Your Lover" someone immediately recognizes it. (Tough drum part to learn by the way.)
Hal Blaine.
Absolutely love Hal's diversity and playing Hungry! He's one of the greatest studio drummers/musicians ever. The only drummer to ever surpass his number of studio sessions/dates is Jeff Porcaro and it took a long time to get there. (RIP Jeff!)
Read more about Hal Blaine and, "The Wrecking Crew" and who really played on the hit pop songs of the 60's and 70's. link click here
The Wrecking Crew, The Funk Brothers... I don't think there are session groups like this anymore.
With today's, "pretenders" in the digital music industry there really doesn't seem to be a need for professional musicians who can actually play their instruments. (The masses really are asses and completely ignorant when it comes to music.) I find it funny how there were so many groups back in the day that really sucked as musicians, (i.e. couldn't play their instruments) but the industry did such a good job of covering it up that no one ever really knew what was going on or who was actually playing on the records. I once read where the group, "Duran, Duran" was so bad in the 80's when they became popular that their label didn't even let any of the members of the band play on their first L.P.. It was all done by studio musicians.
"The Funk Brothers"...ahh...love those guys...the masters behind all the Motown hits that I grew up listening to and loving as a kid. (Hey, it's hard to be white and funky growing up in rural Iowa in the 60's and 70's! The only "funky" things anywhere near where I grew up were the cattle and hog lots! No wonder I was such a confused adolescent Lol!) I guess that's why I decided to get into business and choose a, "legit" career instead of being a starving artist my entire life. I started to figure out in my late 20's that it doesn't matter how much time and effort you put into being a good musician. No matter how good you are it doesn't guarantee any type of success when it comes to the arts.
I remember hearing a story about van Gogh and how he only sold one painting or set of drawings during his entire lifetime and the only reason, (If I remember correctly.) he sold that one painting/set of drawings is because he received a commission out of mercy/sympathy from his Uncle who was an art dealer.
session drummer extraordinaire for much of the 70s and 80s often teaming up with Leland Sklar.
Russ Kunkel
I'll put this here too...Danny Carey.
dontcha mean Dana!
shocking the drummer fanboys can't figure out there is a new thread for drummers (called "drummers." Perhaps a less obtuse title is in order to help alert everyone) and that this thread is for AR on stupid twitter.

Today's words of wisdom from Aaron Rodgers, who just tweeted: "If they ever come up with a swashbuckling school, I think one of the courses should be Laughing, Then Jumping Off Something."
