My wife is from Cincinnati so we are going to the Packers vs Bengals in October. Tried google but couldn't find info.
What is the best way for both of us to have a ticket on our Android phones so we can move around the stadium individually

If one of you acquires the two tickets then you can transfer one of them via the Ticketmaster app to have one ticket on each phone. You just need to each have a TM account.
But you only need the ticket to get into the game. What are you doing inside the stadium to require a ticket?
I really, really hope the Packers continue to use paper tickets for season ticket holders. Myself and some other older folks do not have smart phones. And I know quite a few elderly who do not know how to use the smart phones they have, except to make a simple call. They (myself included) would not be able to use electronic tix.
I realize that buying them on the secondary market you'd probably have to obtain an an electronic ticket from TM or some other source. But for my season tix they never go on the secondary market, except to exchange between family and friends.
You have never had someone inside a stadium ask for your ticket? Also inside an unfamiliar stadium it helps to find where you are seated.

Bought the tickets directly from the Bengals but they use TM and the only option was electronic tickets. At least they didn't require us to purchase tickets for another game like they have in the past.
Canβt speak for Packers, but have done many E tickets and transactions with Bucks. Their app makes it really easy and convenient. They also donβt require TM.

At Lambeau? No. Not if you look like you know where you are going. Now, where I sit the usher will ask people to show their ticket if he doesn't recognize them otherwise you end up with a crowd of people wanting to see the players come out or go into the tunnel. But I haven't been asked to show my ticket for a good 10 years once I get past the scanning station.

The Packers have an app but it links back to TM so you need to have an account one way or the other.

Mobile tickets only
Yep, NFL uses TM pretty much. For part of my job I take college students to NFL, MLB, MLS, and NHL games, and pretty much all of them only use electronic tickets. I keep the "ticket" open in the team or Ticketmaster app, and I can bring it up quickly if I need to show it, but I really haven't had to once we've gotten in the venues. But it actually works pretty slick.
The only bad part is since I work at a university in Minnesota, I have to have the fucking Vikings app on my phone. That is hard to explain to friends and family in Wisconsin.
On a plus side, I did just purchase 80 tickets for the Pack at the Vikes game in November for our students. Sadly, I have to go along as the group leader. Sometimes my job is rough.
Vike app on your phone?
You have a virus.
Ended up using the Bengals App to access the tickets, it uses your ticketmaster account but it was easy to manage the tickets. Everything was very smooth getting into the stadium even though there were a lot of people crowded around the gate.
For anyone new to mobile tickets (Lambeau for sure) I would highly recommend getting your ticket exported to the wallet on your phone. That does not require internet access on game day. The live ticket is constantly changing the barcode and does require a good cell or WiFi signal. I'm sure if you have been to a game at Lambeau you know that's never a given.
