Gotta say it, I don't disagree.  McGinn wasn't glowing but he isn't completely negative either.  I agree about Thornton, I just don't see it with this guy. Rodgers is Bubba, WRs are nice pickups and should be contributors but not superstars, they don't have to be.  Other picks need development.  

 

HaHa is your starter, I don't see how he couldn't be.  I'm sure Adams will get some playing time as well but other than that I don't see any of these picks being major contributors this year.  Thing is, that's okay if they can produce down the road.  Development, it happens. 

McGinn puts a little more thought and perspective into his draft recaps than most. 

 

I agree that beyond Adams there's a lot of development to be done. 

 

The flip side is McGinn did the same article last year and gave Bakhtiari and Hyde each a 4,5. He thought neither was likely to contribute as rooks and both had a 50/50 shot of contributing long term. He gave Franklin the same grade as Eddie Lacy, 7,8. I'm going to guess that I would have agreed with McGinn's thinking after last years draft. 

 

Total crapshoot.
