Badgers To The Orange Bowl?

I think that would be great but I just don't see it happening.   There will be other teams out there that would likely get the nod.

 

Fresno State and Central Florida?

Alot of bowl projection sites are picking Bucky to a BCS bowl, a couple of more recognizable are.

 

Phil Steele has them vs Auburn Jan 2 Sugar Bowl

CBS has them vs South Carolina in Sugar

 

 

 

 

As we know, the Badgers travel very well, not surprised by these projections.

H'mmmm....Badgers against Florida State......who ya got?  

 

I tell ya, I don't see it happening and if it does it will be a typical Big 10 disaster.

Let's win out and let the chips fall where they may.  As already stated, Bucky does travel well and I am sure any bowl would love to host the rabid crowd!

I watch A TON, of college football.....Bucky would not get run out of the yard by anybody.

If perchance the Badgers would play FSU in a bowl this yr I'll take the Noles and give you the points.....you on?

 

as far as the Big 10?  OSU looks great and MSU's D is plenty good, not much O tho.  The Badgers?  Need more consistent QB play to play with the big boys.

As much as it would suck, OSU is going to be in the National Championship Game. No one left to stop them.

And a 2loss B1G team ahead of the SEC runner up? Doubt it.

There's a good chance that O$U could be left out of the NC game.  As of now, they are 4th in the BCS standings behind Alabama, Oregon, and FSU.  If all those teams run the table there is no way the Buckeyes would leapfrog any of them.

 

However, I do agree that it's more likely that a 1 loss $EC team would get a BCS nod over a 2 loss Wisconsin team- if that scenario were to present itself. 

 

As for the "UW has no chance against FSU" all I have to say there is that while a team like the Noles has a very good pass defense they have not or will not have faced any kind of a ground attack like the Badgers offer.   As it is they are allowing about 150 yards per game on the ground.  That's OK but nothing special.

Well, I am a Stave critic as much as anyone but let's not forget they got jobbed out of 1 win (ASU) and they very well could have beaten the Buckeyes in their place.   Stave played good enough to win in both of those games.  So basically you have 7 points and a botched ref call away from UW being undefeated right now.   So I guess my perspective is they have and can play with the big boys.  Now, if they had to play Oregon or Alabama?   I think that would end badly but I would not lump OSU into the same category as the Ducks or Bama.

There is no way if everybody wins out that OSU jumps Oregon or FSU for the national championshiop.  Only the delusional buckeye fans would argue that.

 

UW has a great chance to score a BCS bowl, as long as OSU wins big ten title game.  AS mentioned the travel well and would give anybody a good game.

This is why the BCS SUCKS donkey balls. Michigan State stomps Michigan but the Wolverines are still ranked higher in the BCS, albeit only one place. But both are over the Badgers.  Glad this is the last year for that fiasco.

It said updated Nov. 3, 2013.  To me that means current rankings.

Michigan is not ranked in the November 3rd BCS ranking.

Yep, I guess that was the old one even tho it sort of implied it was the new one.  I still hate the system.

Right now it's Wisconsin vs South Carolina in the Outback Bowl on Jan 1.

....or vs. Johnny Football.
