You can watch tonight game vs. UAB on AXS TV. On DISH it is channel 167. Game time is 6:00 Kohl Center Time. Win and they play winner of Georgetown/Florida on Thursday at 3:30 on ESPN.

Was anyone else annoyed that the announcers thought the elbow to the face of Frank was "accidental"?

I'm not sure of the rule, but the refs should've taken away the basket.  Maybe they need to tweak the rule upon further review.

Echo some of the other thoughts as well

A good win against a gritty Georgetown team that came to play and UW made some clutch plays down the stretch in crunch time

Dekker and Hayes made some big baskets and Koenig just continues to get better
Didn't think the officials had a good day. Lots of head scratchers. Thought they let Georgetown play a little more than they let UW.

But that's why the win was so important. The Bench won the game. Dukan with 2 monster 3s, Koenig really saved them, and the D really ratcheted up the intensity down the stretch. I think it takes a pretty special player to get all the preseason accolades that Kaminsky has, and not push to "get yours" when the Hoyas were basically daring the rest of the team to beat them. He could have shot the ball 20-25 times, forcing the issue, but he wouldn't. And it was great to see Dekker finally attacking. That</> guy is a valuable asset. The passive one hurts his team.

Now let's finish this thing and go home...

Badgers beat Oklahoma for the Championship!

I have this bad feeling that Travon Jackson will be the Badgers achilles heel in the NCAA tournament.  IMHO he tries to be the hero.   I sure hope that I am wrong.

Liked the way they won the last 2 games.....wins over good teams when not playing their best bodes good for the future. Dekker looked to have a bit of a limp for a while, need him to get healthy and he needs to take command of the game when that is needed.

bring on the Dookies

Kaminsky really asserted himself in that second half. Again, a very uneven performance by the officials. They were letting Oklahoma play physical and the Badgers were getting whistled for touch fouls. The fouls on 3 pointers are troublesome- they were baiting the officials and they were falling for it.

If Dukan can play under more control,  he's a real asset. This is what a well coached and veteran team plays like- they have many ways to beat you. I though Jackson played much better this game. He really does a great job getting into the paint. Just have to stay under control.

Great validation by this team this week. They're for real, and they handled the challenge that a couple pretty solid teams presented.
