Yesterday was a very difficult day for me to swallow (and spit). After watching the Vikings/Bears/Lions win the way they did, and the let down from the GB game, I've got my head in my lap this really nice Monday.I know it may be a little bit premature, but I have to move on.
Forte and the Bears receivers give me cause for alarm, but I think if we stop the run from the get go, GB will force Cutler into many turnover opportunities. Pressure, pressure, pressure especially with their suspect o-line. Easier said then done. Don't do it, and it could be a long day or a shoot out at the very least. I see the offensive rebounding nicely especially considering the Bears D won't be as formidable as SF. The GB offense is just too good.
It can't be do or die in Week 2, but I do want to see GB play with a chip on their shoulder. I was wrong in my prediction on another thread that they would come out with a renewed intensity on D yesterday, so I need to see them play a heck of a lot more physical Thursday night.
