They had a chance late in the game but Weeks failed miserably in the pinch hit role with runners on base.
Garza pitched great today as did Yo in the opener. Even Lohse did OK.

It's a shame. Overall a very well pitched series at home. Should have been able to take two. Need the

There are only two positive outcomes (and a third long shot) and one bad outcome for Weeks.
1) He sucks, but doesn't get enough AB's to vest his option.
2) He is good, helps the team win, gets enough AB's to vest (hopefully plays well the following year or is traded)
3) Longshot- he is traded. I just don't see that happening.
The bad outcome is he sucks and the option vests. That will be up to Ron.
