Brewers pick up Wong's 10 million dollar option for 2023

If he plays like last year or like the beginning of this year, it’ll be worth it. Not an exorbitant amount for a golden glove second base and previously solid lead off man.

I see nothing wong with this move.

I'm pleasantly surprised they picked up that option.

Wong's defense was the real head scratcher. 

Does this mean the team isn't planning on cheaping out the offseason? 

Rumor has it they are in on Jeff Suppan

Suppan does owe them a few good seasons.

They weren’t willing to keep Hader at 12-15M but they’ll bring back Wong for 10M?  Of course they will.

I'm a little surprised by this too.  I hope it doesn't mean good-by to Woodruff or Burnes.  On the other hand they really have  no up and coming infielders like they do outfielders.
