This is only one columnist's opinion which appears to have no substance to it. That said, I don't think anyone would be shocked if the Queens went after McNabb.

I think most of us assumed it was only a matter of time before he ended up in purple after things got rocky in DC, and I can only hope this ends up being true.

It's early yet. I think we'll still have some kicking to do - somewhere - when this coming season starts. (When? If? Whatever...)

Why not? At least he's proven he can play without a training camp...

Yeah, man. He can throw interceptions with Deadly Accuracy.

It seems that their off season is simply a continuation of their season:

That's great! And it's a relief that they're even scheduling the preseason.

I do take issue with the claim that the stadium is no longer viable for the team. I can't think of a venue more befitting a team with that fan base and history of failure.
Condensed version of the article...

"McNabb may prove to be a fantastic edition unless Ponder proves he's a better option as the starter in camp but in reality both are dependent on Rice returning to the Vikings. Although every shred of evidence says otherwise I believe McNabb will throw for 3,000 yards and 15 TD's and only 7 INT's provided he beats Ponder and Rice returns"

Journalism at it's APEX!!!
"I expect McNabb to throw for around 3,000 yards with 15 touchdowns and 7 interceptions."
- Nate Scaccia, July 27, 2011, the day his opinion on football became meaningless.

I can't imagine being dumb enough to write something like that... unless it was sarcasm.
