I donā€™t care about the quality of opponent. Winning two games without Giannis and Dame makes me happy. It allows other guys to step up and show/remember what they can do when called upon. That builds confidence for the other guys on the roster, and that can only pay dividends as we move forward.

And at long last, itā€™s good to see KM getting some meaningful minutes and good production.

What an about face this last month or so has represented. From 2-8 to 16-12.

14 out of our last 18, gentlemen.

I donā€™t care who they play either.  Itā€™s all about getting better and guys figuring out and playing their roles.   That certainly is made easier against teams like Brooklyn and Washington and Chicago that they should beat.

Whatā€™s exciting is they do have some younger guys now on this team that are giving them quality minutes.  Jackson Jr and AJ Green have been key contributors.  Rollins has really shown them something and could end up being the primary backup PG.  And we forget about Gary Trent Jr.  I think heā€™s only 25 years of age.

To me, almost as important as A Jax defensively, is how good Middleton has looked on both ends of the court.  If they get this version of KM come playoff time they are certainly in the mix to win the whole damn thing.
