Bucks at Hawks, March 30th. Dame out

Well, I’m not exactly sure what you can do in this situation.  Dame holds a lot of power and if the team makes a stink, it won’t be a good look.  But as someone that’s missed some birthdays of my own children due to work and travel I can tell you I’m not very sympathetic.  

You can celebrate on another day and people do it all the time.  Doesn’t mean you are a better or worse parent.  All I will say is he had better step up and play at 100% level the rest of the way because you know the real leader of this team (Giannis) will.  

This is tough as a lot of us were raised in that when it comes to work you deliver on your commitments.   Like pretty much all the time unless there’s a family emergency.  Unfortunately, a good percentage of the population today thinks otherwise.  MAGA must not always apply toward work ethic and work habits in 2024.  ‘Murica!!!!

Bucks already down 12-6 with less than 3 minutes gone. Hawks hitting 3s.

Good Khris has shown up tonight.

4 of 5 from the floor for 10 points in less than 8 minutes.

Bucks up 43-36 midway in the 2nd.

Bucks up 59-45 at the half.

Good half. Up 14 going to the break.

Bucks had pushed it to 21, but Hawks have it back to 12.

Beasley has been awful, particularly during this Hawks run. Missed open 3s, bad turnovers.

Malik Beasley is single-handedly keeping Atlanta in this game.  

Bucks up 15 after three. The question will be can they survive the rest of the time Giannis has to sit?

Up 15 going to the 4Q.  Need to finish this one!

Bucks lead starting to shrink.

Doc needs to get Giannis back in at this point. With Dame not available, the offense might be tough to come by in the 4th.

Beasley misses another wide open 3 that leads to a transition 3.

6 point swing. Lead down to 8.

Down to 5.

Beasley is 1 for 9 and almost all of his shots have been wide open.

If the Bucks lose, Dame's birthday party better be worth it.

Bucks up 8, but the Hawks are staying in it because they are mercilessly targeting Lopez in drop.

Beasley hit a few shots in the 4th and that allowed them to pull away (at least for now).

Really nice win against a hot team.

Giannis with another ho-hum game: 36-16-7

Lopez goes 3 for 3 from the floor and 6 for 6 from the line for 13 points.

Middleton goes 9 for 10 from the floor and ends the game at 21-6-6

Pat Bev goes for 18 points.

Beasley hit two key buckets in the final 2 minutes or so to keep the Hawks at bay.

Atlanta has been a very pesky team lately.

Teams are going to leave Beasley wide effing open and the opponents will live & die with the result.

Tonight Beasley made a couple key buckets late and PatBev.....I love that little floater he has in the paint. That shot is deadly accurate.
