Giannis out again.
Kevin Love starts for the Heat. Miami trying to get bigger on the floor.

Heat get a dose of their own medicine.
bad start for Kris with a missed layup, offensive foul, and turnover
Jrue looking solid so far...just drew the charge on Butler. Team MVP in my book
Miami 3-6 from 3 so far
At some point that has to cool off. They are not that good of a shooting team from 3.
Lopez putting work in
What the hell was that?
Bucks getting really sloppy here.

Jimmy Butler is hitting his 3s, and has 15 points in the first quarter so far.
Bucks down 24-21.
The fucking refs are ridiculous already
Portis should have had a bucket and 1 instead offensive foul and now Butler gets bailed out on a stupid ass 3pt attempt
Butler killing them. This is going to be an uphill climb.
Giannis looks pretty comfortable on the bench. The Bucks are playing with fire if Giannis was even close to being playable and they sat him.
Bucks scoreless over the last 4:38 of the first.
Bucks ignoring everything offensively that propelled them in Game 2. Not getting Lopez involved at all, too much iso and not enough ball movement.

The Bucks are sitting the best player in the league. He looks healthy enough to play at least at 70-80%. He should be on the floor. That's the bigger discussion.
Better play a lot better than that going forward
Seems like the Bucks frequently get crushed the last few minutes closing out the quarter.
Lopez playing drop against Duncan Robinson is the ultimate of stupidity.

It has correlated with when Crowder is in. He's been completely useless so far in the playoffs.
This could get ugly.
Looked like Middleton was looking for a call that never came
Bucks have 8 points in the last 9 minutes.
Duncan Robinson lighting them up.
I think the Bucks are more likely to lose by more than 25 than they are to come back. If Giannis doesn't play Game 4, I think they lose this series.
Spoelstraβs good. Now has his team pressuring high and the Bucks canβt break them down.
Bud takes Lopez out after the timeout. Miami has targeted him in drop and made him unplayable on defense.
No Giannis, No Lopez.
Bucks looking slow and passive with low energy compared to the Heat
Down 18.
Finally some good passing
Miami getting every possible call they could get and then some
As good as Ingles and COnnaughton were last game, they've been horrific today.
No offensive rebounds for the Bucks.

1 for 10 in the seriesβ¦
Heat go 12 for 19 from three and lead by 13 at the half.
WIDE OPEN 3 after WIDE OPEN 3.
Putting Crowder in killed the tiny bit of momentum they had going with a Middleton sighting

Not exactly what you want in a championship defense.

Don't miss. Problem solved.
Yes the refs have been bad, but in basically 2 1/2 games the Heat are shooting over 50% from 3.
Itβs like Fred Van Vleet all over again.
Giannis better be 2 inches from being crippled to not play in this game.
Series is 7 games if needed
At least Giannis will be rested for his off season trip to Greece.
I don't think we can beat a healthy Celts team either way. Middleton moves like a sloth.
The Bucks are likely to lose this series. They are down 19 to a team that has two good players. I don't care if Giannis is out, that reveals a lot. You have to win 4 of 5.
Even if they don't, they probably aren't good enough to eventually get passed the Celtics.
Giannis and Holiday are obvious guys to keep. Portis isn't going anywhere. But almost everyone else is a question mark.
Do you give Middleton an extension? He's an all-time top 5 Buck with moderate athleticism that probably isn't going to age well as he loses a step he can't afford to lose. Maybe Middleton opts in, but I think he'll opt out and want a one last extension. You sign him and you've locked into to an aging player who can't stay health.
Brook Lopez is a great regular season player. He's remade his career. But he has gotten played off the court against teams like the Celtics and Heat (and the Suns) in playoff series. He's 35 and is a free agent.
Crowder looks washed up. Matthews might be done after this year. Ingles is a free agent. Jevon Carter likely will opt out. Grayson Allen is not a difference maker.

Target Brook Lopez in drop = wide open 3.
