Bucks up 39-33 after one. Giannis is at 6-6-6 in 11 minutes
That was quick. Tie game. Hornets go 6-0 to start the second without Giannis on the floor. Open 3- Connaughton gets a facial trying a layup - open 3 in transition.
Bucks up 4 at the half. Giannis at 12-8-9 on 6 for 12 from the floor.
Game is blacked out here but looks like Milwaukee is up 4 at halftime.
Another terrible start to a quarter. Hornets go on a 8-0 run based on some terrible Bucks turnovers and defense.
Bucks up 4 going to the 4th. Giannis with an 18-14-10 triple double already
Back to a tie game in the 4th. Almost all because Jackson Jr. has thrown up two air balls in a row on offense. Jackson Jr. is frustrating because he does everything well except shoot and he's one of the worst shooters you'll see - even going back to college. He's never going to be playable in a playoff game.

If the Bucks could clear the defensive boards, they'd be up big now. Up 4 despite giving up 17 offensive rebounds.

Hornets go up 1 after a weak foul call on Giannis gives Ball 2 FTs. Giannis has 1 FT today. Ball has 11. Hornets have 21 to the Bucks' 11.
Bucks lose as they settle for a Giannis 18 footer which misses. Dumb call. Drive and kick

Opposing teams would sit down on the court and watch 100 times out of 100 if they knew Giannis was just going to shoot that 18 foot shot at the buzzer. It's just dumb to even call that play.
Well, they were unable to come thru at crunch time.
Post game report - the refs acknowledged there should not have been a foul call on Giannis with 7 seconds left.

Two games in a row. Both calls against Giannis. Aren't top 30 players all time supposed to get the benefit of the doubt?
I was able to watch the last 5 minutes of the Hornets game this morning and OMFG the officiating was atrocious. If I didn’t know any better, someone had money on the game. The calls or no calls in the favor of Ball and the Hornets was obvious. The call on Giannis was one of the worst calls I’ve ever seen in a basketball game on any level.
I don’t normally agree with Doc Rivers but if you haven’t listened to his postgame presser rant I’d suggest you do so. He was 100% correct in his assessment of the officiating not just against Charlotte but also against Detroit in the last game.
There is no universe that exists where Ball should get far more favorable treatment than Giannis. I goddamn FT attempt the whole game? Please.
