Giannis gets hurt 30 seconds in and is ruled out with an ankle sprain.

Bucks fall behind as their defense is getting lit up by a G league roster without Giannis.

He'll probably miss both Nets games now and the Bucks will be locked into the 3 seed (and may have all they can do not to fall further if Giannis is out for an extended period).

Now they just need Yelich to be ruled out for the year to complete tonight's Wisconsin MVP Trifecta.

When does the season end again? This team is slowly falling into mediocrity. The coach... that’s always on the coach.

Probably with a second-round loss to the Sixers, but a first-round loss to the Celtics or the Heat is certainly in play.

The last three games (the first two with all of their preferred players available), the Bucks got run out of the gym in the 4th quarter against a depleted Hawks team, barely held on against a depleted Hornets squad, and got lit up on defense by a team that was playing a bunch of Bucks castoffs (Wilson and Wood) and allowed who was technically a former Bucks draftee (Kevin Porter Jr.) to off for 50.

Dropping to the 4th seed is also still in play if Giannis misses significant time. They are likely to lose their next 3 (Chicago on a back-to-back tonight and then two games against the Nets). The Knicks are only 4 back and own the tiebreaker in large part because the Bucks decided to sit their entire starting lineup in one of the Knicks games last month. They obviously didn't see this slide coming.

The one move Bud has left is to get Lopez off the floor in the 4th quarter. It's a recurring theme that the opposing team hunts for him on switches and then shoots open 3 after open 3. That will be fun if they do ever get to Harden/Durant/Irving.
