Is be so pissed if I had Tix to this one

Enjoy the game fellas. I hear the Bucks don't care about home court advantage so I expect another "frustrating loss" with low style points in this one 😉

They showed last year they didn't really care about home-court advantage when they sat everyone in the season finale and ended up as the 3 seed instead of the 2 seed. They had to play Game 7 in Boston. Of course, the home team only won 3 of the 7 games, but one of them happened to be Game 7.

Milwaukee without Giannis reminds me of Bud's Atlanta teams that won 60 games and got the ECF. It's a bunch of really good players without a superstar that will win a lot of regular season games.

Golden State is a very good team at home, so it would have been a challenge even with Giannis.

The game starts with Middleton struggling on defense again.

Bucks let Jermichael Green and DDV light them up with wide open shots and Holiday has one of those Holiday quarters where he gets very loose with the ball. The transition looks after some of those turnovers are what lead to some of those open 3s.

Good point by Van Gundy is that the Bucks defense didn't seem to adjust to play Jermichael Green differently at the 3-point line than Draytond. It's the same thing that happened against Philly when Niang played instead of PJ Tucker that got them in trouble in that game.

Lucky to be this close with Holiday, Allen, and Connaughton combing for 8 for 32 from the floor.

Interesting contrast in injury management between the teams. Giannis sits out his third game in a row with a sore hand, despite the fact he played fine with it last week.

Draymond Green turns his ankle badly, comes back in limping badly, and promptly gets a rebound and pushes it down the floor. If Giannis turned his ankle like Draymond just did, he'd sit for at least a week.

Bucks got it to 8, almost to 11 as a 3 from Lopez was at least halfway down and came out. Down to 5 as Klay hits a 3 coming off a screen vs. Grayson. Maybe bring back Jevon Carter at this point for defense?

Game over. Bad loss. Down 7.

Holiday's turnover with 24 seconds left up 3 was the killer. But the play DDV pushed Middleton out of bounds with no call was just as impactful.

Of course, if the Bucks play Giannis this isn't close.

The Warriors playing Green after a badly turned ankle vs. Giannis sitting with a "sore hand" and sitting Middleton to start the OT because of a minutes restriction tells you all you need to know about who prioritized winning more.
