This is a game that shouldn’t have been a W... that’s the difference between last year and this year. Beal gets 55, Napier 25, and instead of crumbling they get 40 from Middleton and 23 from Bled.

Giannis played only 25 minutes tonight. He still went for 22 and 14, but he should be rested for tomorrow.

Wizards are a good offensive team, but when arguably the two top interior defenders in the league are out for the last 8 minutes of game time, the drive and kick works a lot better.
Oh, their interior D is a joke... but the officials negated that completely.

The officiating was especially bad last evening. As in they had money on the game bad.
Still, they found a way to win a game they would likely have lost before without two of their key guys for long stretches of the game.
