Bucks at Wizards, November 20th

Bucks up 31-27 after one. Giannis with 10-6-2. Dame with 13 points and 3 assists.

Bucks up 42-37 but giving up a lot of layups or it would be much more.

Bucks with a terrible defensive half, but still lead 70-65 because the Wizards are even worse.

But you have to be concerned with the number of layups the Wizards have.

Bucks letting the Wizards hang around too much right now. Only up 5 partway through the 3rd.

Bucks only up 4. Really, really, really struggling on defense. Layups happening way too easily.

Wizards are 32 for 47 (68%) from inside the arc tonight.

They are +20 points in the paint

Can’t recall the last time a Bucks team was like that

Celtics only up 2 against Charlotte and Denver and Detroit are tied - all late 3rd quarter.

Our superstar is shooting a hair under 90% from the floor, and yet we’re in s dog fight with a 2-10 team.

I can’t see the game, but this is absolutely shocking.

Even the Michael Redd-era Bucks were better than this defensively, and that’s not saying much.

What’s Sidney Moncrief up to? Can we lure him out of retirement? At 66, he might improve our transitional defense.

One point lead in the 4th. Wizards have about 70 points in the paint.

Watching the Gamecast only, I’m hoping tonight ends up like the Charlotte game. The Bucks seemed to dick around for much of the game, and then finally turned it on in the 4th, outscoring the ‘cats by 20.

I need to see a full effort for four quarters. We’re letting too many bad teams hang around.

Boston and Denver in a dogfight against 2 of the 4 worst teams in the league.  Bucks should be OK to close this out.

Up 18. Bucks finally woke up.

Not sure what the record is, but 20-23 from the field and 42 points in 34 minutes has to be close to a record for Giannis.

Boston fail to tie it in Charlotte as Tatum misses the last of 3 FTs he got for a borderline shot behind the arc. Celtics now down 3 in OT with 0.8 seconds left.

Ball and Williams for Charlotte combined 54 points on like 60% shooting.  Not good backcourt defense from Holiday at all.

Hornets win over the Celtics in OT.

Celtics resting Horford, probably to save him to guard Giannis on Wednesday.

Denver barely holds on to beat a bad Detroit team.  

Regular season games can be weird.
