Bucks stating 5-
- Jrue Holiday
- Divincenzo
- Middleton
- Giannis
- Lopez
Look for Augustine to be the first G off the bench, with Portis and Connaughton close behind.

It will be interesting to see how they use the other bench guys. Will Merrill get the Korver minutes? How many minutes will Craig? Forbes?
Divincenzo thwacking it already...
Connaughton comes in, immediately has a sloppy turnover, which leads to a wide open 3 on the other end. Why not Forbes or Augustin?
Boston getting too many good looks from 3.
Great play by Middleton... finishing like that heβll have a great year.
Love the decision-making from Middleton... if heβs under control and avoiding turnovers, heβs all NBA.
Giannis just not in rhythm tonight...
Giannis without a rebound or an assist in the first quarter. Bucks generally play well, but only up 3 because they give up a ton of open 3s and the Celtics go 7-15 from 3.
Boston hit 7/15 threes in that Q. Second verse, same as the first.
Forbes struggles continue...
Why the hell would you ever play a lineup without Giannis, Middleton, or Holiday on the floor?
Lopez... come on man. Your shooting % is shit because of your fucking shot selection...
DDV looks like Bubble-Tyler Herro right now.
Bodgan who?
Divincenzo/Middleton really carrying the water right now.
Donte looks INCREDIBLE.
Divincenzo looks like he's upped his game.
Season's over....
Holiday is next-level on defense even compared to Bledsoe.
Come on... you know theyβre looking to trail for the block- be smarter...
Good timeout... offense really disjointed. Get Giannis back out there and finish the half strong.
Celtics go on a 17-2 run. Same problems. Stagnant half-court offense and giving up too many wide open 3s (Celtics 10-22).
Holiday gets to the rim really well.
I guess you want to avoid the foul, but why do you take out the DPOY when he has one foul for the last 12 seconds. Of course, they give up a wide-open 3 to end the half and our down 5.
Celtics 12-25 from 3.

I blame Mike Pettine.
How many flops does Smart get on Giannis?
Giannis and Smart...
Giannis pretty pedestrian on offense and some weak closeouts at the 3 point line as well.
Smart gets another charge on Giannis.
The Celtics have been called for 6 fouls total in the first 2 and a half quarters.
The Bucks have been called for 13.
It just doesnβt look like Giannis is comfortable with anything heβs been working on. He gets uncomfortable, he defaults back to spins and barreling into the lane against 3 guys.
Where is the pull-up? Where is the baseline turnaround? Where is the post t drive into the lane with a soft touch at the basket?
Itβs all mental...
Smart strips Giannis for a fast break. Looks like he slapped him across the forearm.

Yes. It looks like he is hesitant to do anything in the half court. It's the same problems he has at the line sometimes. Nothing happens naturally for him in half court offense.
Giannis short again on a 10 footer.
Game getting away from them a little bit.
Giannis is 6 for 16 with 6 turnovers.
Bucks are lucky to still be within 7.
Bucks getting eaten alive right now. It's one game, but it will be interesting if Bud makes any adjustments to his schemes at all. The Celtics build the wall, Giannis struggles in the halfcourt, and even though the other guys are playing pretty well, they struggle to keep pace because the Celtics are 15 for 32 from 3.
Defense just canβt get out of its own way. Giannisβ issues on offense making the first unit a liability. Throws the whole thing out of balance...
