But don't forget the state $$$ for Miller Park. It was unpopular at the time. Much like now- a new area with any public funding will be incredibly unpopular.

I imagine this will all get creative, but I would anticipate the City of Milwaukee being willing to go 150M in on TIFs to keep the Bucks (and have a new facility) smack dab in the middle of downtown.  If the Bucks leave, they aren't getting the tax money anyways + they have an old Bradley Center to maintain at millions / year.  It would be the height of stupidity to let them go.... for so many reasons.
