Jesus Middleton... play offense, donβt get cute. That alley with Giannis is there any time you fuckin want it man...
Refs getting involved with that "moving" screen against Forbes.
Good grief... a phantom call on Forbes.
Thatβs... the... one... move around, get to a spot, knock that shit down.
Itβs funny, Jokic doesnβt jump, so Giannis didnβt have to.
ANYTIME YOU WANT IT!!!!! Bang!!!!
Middleton with one of his best all-around game: 29-7-12 on 9/16 from the floor and 11/11 from the line.
And he's 0 for 5 from 3.
Jokic moved and flopped more than Forbes did and got FTs out of it. Forbes got an offensive foul.
Jokic basically just hammered DDV and no call?
The Bucks win a game where Middleton fails to make a 3 and Giannis fails to get an assist. And Holiday was out.
How about that... without their best G they come to Denver and give the Nuggets their 3rd straight loss.
Youβre right about Middleton- one of his best efforts. Giannis not efficient tonight, but they picked it up on the defensive end in the second half again.
The Bucks have made a key offensive adjustment with Giannis- theyβre getting him down low along the baseline (dunkerβs spot). That combined with the high screen and roll and the willingness for the Bucks to throw lobs for Giannis (finally) and heβs getting a lot more quality looks.
Jamal Murray apparently is disinterested in playing regular season basketball. Dude had 11 points on 4/17 shooting. And after scoring 42 in the first Q, the Nuggets scored 70 the rest of the way. Bucks just kept the pressure on, hit the big shots and free throws down the stretch, and iced another quality road win. Bucks now 7-6 on the road, over .500 for the first time this year.
Arguably their best win of the season so far. Denver shot 42% from 3, yet the Bucks made the plays down the stretch to hold on and win.
Is anything wrong with Holiday? Edit- sounds like it may be COVID protocol?
Khris Middleton is insane this season.
