Portis got pushed by Siakim with two hands - almost fell down and couldn't get a call. That's one of the worst calls I've ever seen.

And the other 12 they had no business giving up?

That was a terrible 4th quarter collapse, but that takes a lot of mental toughness for the Bucks to win that in OT means a lot. It would have been easy for them to fold in OT, but they didn't.

The officiating was among the most ridiculous I've ever seen for the last few minutes of the 4th. The "flagrant" foul on Allen was almost all on his reputation. The non-call on Portis being shoved out of bounds. The offensive foul on Giannis at the beginning of OT.

But the comeback can be traced to when the Bucks were up 21 and took out the starters with 3:13 left and the deep bench gave up a 6-0 in 25 seconds. If Bud leaves the starters in for another minute, it's completely different. I know it's a back to back and he was trying to rest guys, but you can't do that in today's NBA until there is less than a minute left.

The Bucks play Charlotte at home in 2 days (3rd game in 4 nights) and then have 3 days before the game following that.

I would guess the chances of Giannis developing "knee soreness" in the next 48 hours are probably close to 90%. Especially if Holiday can play Friday night.

However, the officiating, led by crew chief Tony Brothers, may have played a huge part in that ridiculous comeback, especially after an inexplicable no-call on a Pascal Siakam shove towards Bobby Portis. Nevertheless, following the game, Brothers acknowledged their error, saying that they should have indeed called a foul on Siakam.

He pretty much had to say that or else the league is going to look into that entire crew as another Tim Donaghy -- they should be looking into it anyway.

That shit should never occur in any sport. I'm still pissed.

This picture from last night is amazing. It really captures how teams defend Giannis. It's right before the pass from Giannis to Allen for the game-winner. Giannis is playing with 4 guys that are all decent 3 point shooters. All 4 are either better than 36% for their careers or above 39% this year. All 5 defenders are within 3 feet of Giannis with their backs turned towards who they are guarding and at least 12 feet away from them. Grayson Allen is at least 20 feet clear of any defender.
