Scoreless for 2 minutes until Lopez finally hits a 3. Giannis misses two 18 footers, Middleton and Lopez missed 3s earlier.

Bud plays the last 3 minutes of the first with a lineup of Augustin, Portis, Connaughton, DDV, and Thanasis. A puzzling lineup to say the least, but Portis is giving them offense.
Giannis and Middleton go 2 for 8 from the floor with 3 turnovers. Giannis misses both his FTs. DDV scoreless.
Bucks lead 27-13 after 1.
Pistons go on a 20-6 run to cut the lead to 11 at the half. What should have been a laugher is now an actual game. Really sloppy at the end of the half.
Just do not like the shot selection and the lack of movement doe the stretch. They totally let up, so they hit 3 threes and got layups.
It’s a little frustrating when they play well, are active, moving... and then poof. Iso Kris Middleton for 4 shit shots in a row.
Pistons run a play out of the half to get a wide-open 3. Lead down to 8
Blake Griffin gets more calls than Giannis.
Sloppy play... should be woodshedding these scrubs right now...
The Bucks literally have not gotten a close officiating call in the last 4 minutes.
Bucks go about 4 minutes with only 2 points, but stifling defense keeping them up double figures.
Bucks establishing more control. Now up 16.
You could hear the slap on the Giannis layup... no fucking whistle.
Giannis 6 of 10 from the line.
These Holiday possessions here in the 4th quarter half-court offense are just beautiful. Backing guys down, pump-fakes, easy shots. An open 3. He's so much better than Bledsoe.
Only suspense now is whether Giannis can get 2 more rebounds to get his triple double
Giannis got his triple-double with 22-10-10
Litmus test on Friday... need to start making a move in the standings.
GOODNIGHT.

Bledsoe’s game just never advanced beyond playing really good defense and using his quickness and strength to blow by defenders. Holiday is a true point guard. He’s able to diagnose and set up plays rather than just improvising like we saw too often with Bledsoe. Offensively, he’s 3x the player that Bledsoe is and that will help them when the pace slows down and you play more half court in the playoffs.
The team seems to be settling in pretty nicely now and Portis and Augustin and Forbes are contributing a lot off the bench offensively. They need Craig to get healthy to give them a defensive guy that can challenge the other team or slow them down if a guard or wing gets hot and Holiday and DDV are sitting.
