Bucks need to win tonight to finish the 6 game road trip 4-2. OKC coming off two tough losses to top WC opponents. SGA will be a handful without Holiday...

Out to a quick 8-0 start
OKC goes 10-0 to tie it up. Bucks were up 13-3 when Augustin replaced DDV.
Now 14-0 run as Bucks scoreless for 4 minutes.
Tied at 24.
Bucks go 1-9 from 3 with 5 turnovers in the quarter.
Man, is Augustin playing poorly.
In the last 9 minutes the Bucks have been outscored 25-11.
1-11 from 3 and 11 for 35 from the floor.
Bucks have scored 13 points in the last almost 15 minutes.
Bryn Forbes is 1 for 8 and almost every look has been wide open.
Other than Giannis and Middleton, the Bucks are 5 for 28.
Augustin is -16 in 10 minutes.
Bucks 2 for 16 from 3 with 7 turnovers.
so, itβs another bad Wisconsin sports weekend. π‘ π‘ π‘
What an absolutely fucking pathetic half of basketball. To be down 11 to an OKC team missing it's best player is embarrassing.
3 for 16 from 3 with 10 turnovers.
And then allow 4 wide-open 3s in the last 3 minutes on defense.
Why take a 3 early in the shot clock Giannis? Just stupid.
For fuck's sake, get Lopez out.
Dude... need to sit Lopez. Heβs so unaware that he leaves Horford alone for 3? Take a seat, man... your head ainβt in the game.
Keep taking at at them... theyβll break.
Middleton with 4 and Giannis with 3 fouls on some really questionable officiating.
Wow... theyβre really bad tonight.
When Portis is on the floor, he needs the ball. Especially when theyβre struggling offensively.
Augustin is awful. He's almost singlehandedly causing defensive breakdowns since he's such a liablity in post-ups it results in doubles and swinging teh ball for open 3s.
Portis pretty much getting them the lead on his own...
Bucks put up 40 in the 3rd quarter after scoring 41 in the first half.
Tied going into the 4th. Now let's get some separation.
I understand why Portis is frustrated on that last possession... heβs the hottest shooter on the floor and the Bucks Gs wanna play one on one and fail at it. Portis is a bit of a hothead... or at least has been in the past. Maybe this is something they need right now.
Get up 3. Blow a rebound and then let Augustin get abused and you're behind again after DDV clanks 2 FTs
Bucks really struggling situationally... theyβre really slow with almost everything. Defense reactions, ball movement, rebounds, help defense... I know you want the road trip to end, but you cannot lose this game.
Kenrich Williamsβ hair really is awful...
Horford bullies Giannis after a timeout.
Giannis has been relatively timid tonight as well.
No defense right now, trading baskets...
Giannis takeover in progress...
Will the Bucks lose another close game? I'll say yes.
Pathetic.
That might do it...
Bucks just can't execute when it actually counts.
You had 4 possessions down three and failed to make a basket. During the last 3 min, the only guy to score was Portis. Yet Middleton thinks every possession needs to end with him missing a shot.
The Bucks deserved to lose.
LOL... another Middleton miss but Giannis saves him, then his man hits the three to clinch.
It's time to do something about Augustin. That was a terrible signing and I thought it was at the time it happened.
This game goes to show how important Holiday is to this team.
They just donβt have any flow or rhythm offensively and defensively thereβs a big gap.
Had he not been quarantined they probably win 3 of 4 on this trip instead of losing 3 of 4.

It was 13-3 to start and the Bucks were setting the tone early. Then with about 7 and a half minutes left in first quarter, DDV picked up his second foul on a reach in. Augustin checked in for him and it was an immediate 14-0 run by the Thunder. Augustin is such a liability on defense that opposing teams just isolate him and force a double team as his guy backs him down toward the basket. This results in the ball swinging around the perimeter and usually either an open 3 point shot or a drive to the basket against a scrambling defense.
The fact that DDV went out meant they had to play with an Augustin/Forbes backcourt which sets you up for terrible defense. If they hit their 3s on the offensive end, you can trade baskets. Last night, they were both shooting bricks, and when that's the case you can lose ground quickly.
Lopez was also awful last night. He gave them nothing on offense and continually got roasted by Al Horford on defense.
