If Harris continues to perform it was a bad trade.  Right now it looks pretty one sided, I would agree.  I just don't know (long term) but whatever.   He's not with the team anymore so there's no reason to keep talking about it.  Have to think they are still looking at players to add.   Certainly another PG/SG would be nice and with Dunleavy bailing I think they really need a SF unless they think the rookie can step in and play right away (not likely)

You could say that the Milwaukee Bucks did well enough to get something (i.e. two second-round picks) for JJ Redick, assuming the free-agent shooting guard was on his way out anyway. But as far as sheer asset management is concerned, this deal reeks of incompetence for general manager John Hammond and the rest of Milwaukee's front office.

Remember, the Bucks pried Redick from the Orlando Magic at the 2013 trade deadline, along with Gustavo Ayon and Ish Smith, in exchange for Tobias Harris, Doron Lamb, Beno Udrih and cash. Redick struggled to adjust to his much-diminished role next to Monta Ellis and Brandon Jennings and saw his shooting percentages plummet as a result.

Meanwhile, Harris looked like a star in the making in Orlando (17.3 points, 8.5 rebounds, 2.1 assists in 36.1 minutes), Udrih chipped in double digits as a scorer before bolting for free agency, and Lamb showed some promise as a perimeter shooter (10-of-21 from three).

In essence, then, the Bucks gave up three players, ranging between useful and promising, and cash for two second-rounders.

Bravo, Bucks.

This team has zero plan. Hammond blows up the team every single year. Every move he makes is shortsighted except for giving out ridiculous long term contracts to average players. The stupid moves are endless

Tobias Harris for Reddick - Idiotic

Giving ZAZA Pachulia 15 million for 3 years when Chris Kaman, a better player, got one year for 5.5.

Signing ZAZA anyway when you already have defensive first scrubs like gooden, UDO, Gustavo Ayon on the team.

No plan whatsoever

That's assuming they didn't contact Kamen and he turned them down as not interested. He wanted to go back LA and they're tight against the cap. They gave him an exception contract. MKE is not in that market. Kamen wasn't an option. Never was.

Pachulia is a pesky player. Good backup. Wanted to come here. It's not a bad deal. Good depth at C, and can play some PF too.

The issue this team is going to have is not depth- it's their best players. Are they good enough to match up with upper tier teams with superstars. And they still haven't amnestied Gooden... What are they waiting for?
