Anybody know why Hill started in place of Bledsoe? I'm watching with the sound off. The Bucks are off to a good start btw, unfortunately the Heat are as well.

Middleton making shots obviously makes a huge difference.
Frank Mason getting minutes?
WTF? What a ridiculous call for Giannis' 2nd.
40 point 1st quarter by the Bucks. Only downside was Giannis getting two really weak foul calls on him (including one that you wouldn't call against an end-of-the bench guy).
Good 1Q
Bledsoe hammy issue
The 2 fouls on Giannis are really limiting his aggressiveness on drives.
Another Giannis air ball FT. That's 4 in 6 playoff games. And then he always shoots the 2nd one long after an air ball.
So Adebayo can push Giannis off the floor without a foul but Giannis can't keep a guy's arm off him?
As often happens, Giannis clanking two FTs changes the momentum of a game. Bucks up 9 with Giannis at the line - air ball, miss long- followed by several poor possessions.
The Bucks offensively just flowing, in rhythm... no hesitation. Big difference that the previous 10 games.
But again- what are ya going to do when the shots stop falling? Can you get stops? So far, so good.
Turnovers feeding Miamiβs offense...
This has been a pathetic stretch on offense.
Bucks now with 9 turnovers.
I also don't think the Bucks have gotten a 50/50 call this quarter.
Can't control the refs, you can control your passes and dribbling. TO's are the problem.
Giannis. Air ball, clank long, short front rim, short front rim.
Misses 4 FTs this quarter. He can't do that, obviously. Just a complete momentum killer twice.

And Giannis FTs.
What a shitty 2nd quarter...
10 Bucks turnovers and 4 missed Giannis FTs in a row. What should be a double digit lead is 3.
Bucks 4 for 10 from the line. Sometimes these things are contagious.
Just a pathetic 2nd quarter. The turnovers are bad, but never underestimate the effect of Giannis clanking FTs.
And the game just completely turned with Giannis picking up a 3rd foul. Two offensive fouls.
Bucks get a turnover with 20 seconds left. Middleton drives in transition and hits a contested layup. Miami comes back with a 3. The drive by Middleton actually cost the Bucks a point (if they hold for the last shot instead).
Bucks close the half with a flurry, but Miami answers. Middleton with 21 so far. We need more of that.
Lopez gets two quick fouls to start the half and now has 4.
Game is now tied with both Giannis and Brook in foul trouble.
Bledsoe a non factor since the bubble
Doesnβt join the team right away then once arrives really not a factor at all then gets hurt. I mean, I want to give the guy his due but has there been a worse player in Bucks lore in the postseason than Bledsoe?
13 turnovers
For everyone that complains about Bledsoe, no way Dragic has 21 points in 28 minutes with Bledsoe playing.
Officials doing their part...
If Giannis got the calls Jimmy Butler gets, he'd average 25 FTs a game. Of course, if he hits under 50% that might not be a good thing.

He was as responsible as anyone for shutting down Kyrie Irving last year and basically finishing him off (Because once it got difficult Kyrie was going to give up on the Celtics last year).
Refs are just taking over this game WTF
Game getting away from the Bucks here.
Big stretch here. Giannis sits in a tie game with 6 left in the 3rd.

Refs have taken Brook and Giannis out of rhythm, but the Bucks are 11 for 18 from the line with 13 turnovers. That's a lot of points left on the floor.
No shit Van Gundy. Both Giannis and Brook are out. Of course, the paint is open.
Good grief... thatβs not a foul!
I'd say Miami has a part in taking 34 out of rhythm
Marvin Williams must have missed 3 layups so far.
Korver is useless if he doesn't hit shots, obviously
GIannis s goes to the live a lot- more than smyobe else. Yet somehow, he still doesnβt get the calls that guys like Jimmy Butler gets. He also gets more fouls than any other star. Some scrub flops, he gets the call. The Superstar tgat doesnβt get Superstar calls...
This is reminiscent of the Raptors series last year. Bucks outplay the opposition in the 1st half but end up with a smaller lead than they should have. Then the third quarter is a slog and they usually trail at the end of the 3rd. Then, the offense completely bogs down in the 4th.
Middleton has played like an all-star but the game is tied. Butler and Dragic have gone off without Lopez and Giannis on the floor as much as usual due to fouls.
