A good way to start December.  You can’t play much better than they played the last 2 games though the competition certainly didn’t bring their A games in either case.

At this point, I think the chemistry and level of play is approaching last year’s level which is no small feat.

The 2 weaknesses that will need to get better once playoffs roll around, closing out on defensive 3 pointers and Giannis shaky FTs.

Shut it off with 6:35 left in the 4th. Yeah the Knicks suck. But the Bucks did what great teams do. Blow these muther effers OUT!

Keep looking forward. Play good ball.

The Knicks are a horrible team but beating any team by almost 50 points is impressive.

The East is shaping up to be very top heavy but you most certainly want and need to secure either the 1 or the 2 seed in the conference.  Why?   Realistically the top 6 teams are all pretty decent and not drawing one of them in round 1 would be the goal.   I think the order may shuffle but I don’t expect the top 6 teams to look much different come playoff time.

If Giannis can do some of the things he did last night in the 4th quarter of a playoff game, the Bucks aren't losing until at least the NBA Finals.

The dunk on Randle from the restricted area was one that we've gotten so used to we don't appreciate the athleticism. I was watching it and waiting for him to flip in about a 4 foot floater and then he seemed to go "Inspector Gadget" and dunk it with his back foot starting outside the restricted area. Julius Randle is about 6'10" and 250 pounds and played really good defense on the play and Giannis just reached over him and dunked it with authority from a standstill.

As great as that play was to watch, the more important things were the Michael Jordan fadeaways and the long 3 point shots. He's much more comfortable shooting at the top of the key than anywhere else, and if teams have to close out on that he's going to have 8-10 blow byes a game. As Music City said last night, that fadeaway is unblock able. That's the shot he's going to have to hit over Embiid, Siakam, J. Tatum, Kawhi, or A. Davis to win playoff games. They aren't going to let him get to the rim, but it won't matter if he can make that because no one is blocking that shot.

If Giannis gets that fadeaway to the level of being a frequently used and consistently made shot, his offensive game is all set.

That would be devastating.

He needs to practice it in game situations more often. His problem, if you can call it that, is that he can get to the rim so easily against anyone that 2/3rds of the teams in the league can guard him with that he doesn't need to do it. But he'll need it against teams with premier defenders. If he'd have had that in his arsenal in the ECF last year, Kawhi couldn't have stopped it.

Giannis is showing signs of improving his offensive skills from years past.  Since the playoffs he’s shooting over 30% from 3, has been hitting more midrange shots, and isn’t settling for dribble drives to the hoop.
