Another early season test. Like the game on Monday, if the bench comes to play they should win.

Interesting perspective from the BTBP guys...

Bench is needed tonight...
Torrey Craig was cleared for action for last Friday's game vs. the Mavs. He did not appear in that game or the Nets game on Monday.

Asked Mike Budenholzer what has kept him out of the rotation.
"Guys are playing well and we've kind of tightened up the rotation."

This game tonight is an important measuring stick because the next 8 are a stretch will handily favored in every game.
As the Behindthebucks guys discuss, the bench has been great against the lower level teams and a problem against the good teams.
The next 8 games after tonight should be no less than 6-2 (and honestly, they should go 8-0 given the injuries in Indiana and Portland).

Forbes and Augustin were 5 for 23 from the floor and 1 for 9 from 3 in those two games. Most of these were open shots.
We don't see practice obviously, but if this is well, I'm worried about what it will look like if they start playing poorly.
Nice postup by Giannis to start.

And, or course, he misses the FT.
Thanasis on AD? Really?
Middleton with Augustin, Portis, Thanasis, and Connaughton?
Little brother with a nice sequence
Bench held their own.
So far so good... theyâll need to keep them in their heels.

100%... he gave really great minutes.
Now hold the fuck on... Giannis took an elbow against the Nets, they didnât look. Wtf is the criteria?
That's a flagrant? WTF?

LeBron hits guys with an elbow like that 2-3 times a game.
Make up call there on AD.
DDV looks terrible tonight. Deer in the headlights again. The season started so promising too.
Lakers have shot 9 FTs. The Bucks have shot 1 (about 20 seconds into the game). Giannis has been stripped 4 times with no calls.
Honestly Bud needs to go
Pat C playing almost starter minutes WTF is he thinking?
LeBron threw Giannis down - no call.
Really stupid foul by Giannis after a horrible turnover.
Giannis picks up a third foul. Completely changes the game. Two charges.
Review that shit... he was moving.
Can we fire Bud at the half?
Bucks down 6 after completely shitting the bed the last 3 minutes of the half.
Another team lighting them up from 3 (10 for 20).

Small markets don't get those calls.
So many questions.
Why isn't Torrey Craig on the floor against some of their wings?
Giannis already has 7 turnovers (two charges) and has shot 1 FT.
DDV with a disappearing act. Bud giving Connaughton and Augustin more minutes than DDV. Why?
Bucks have 11 fouls called on them. The Lakers have 5. Despite the Lakers shooting 7 more 3s.
Wide open 3 to open the half and then another open 3 by LeBron. Now 12 for 22 from 3. You think you might want to try another defensive approach?
Down 12, so Middleton takes a 30 footer with 20 seconds on the shot clock.
Music - you're right. Marv is losing it. A lot of mistakes. Mispronouncing names (Wes Matthis twice). Not keeping track of FTs.
Bucks come back to get within 3 but you can't give up runs that like against good teams. From 3 minutes left in the 2nd to 1 minute gone in the 3rd Lakers went 20-4.
Middleton really struggling tonight. Giannis has 7 turnovers tonight... poor decision making.
GEt within 3. Lakers timeout - immediately hit two 3s around an awful DDV turnover.
Giannis firing from 3. Why? Run an actual play.
Marv Albert criticizing Bucks' shot selection. Marv's right.
Shot selection has been the Bucks biggest issue all season. Theyâre down 8 and should be down more. The Lakers are kinda toying with them at this point.
How can Harrell knock Giannis sideways on a drive and not get a call? What does Giannis have to do? He's attempted 1 FT tonight.
*yawn*

Same shit different game. Fucknuts can flop all over the ducking place, gets the call. Giannis gets anal taped and he canât get a whistle

Watch the NBA home office give Giannis a charge on this challenge.
The same NBA office that took away a second-round pick for a trade that didn't happen when the player involved said they never had contact with the Bucks. I'm still trying to figure that one out.
Unfucking believable. They call a charge on that shit? WTF? He was sideways to Giannis.
