I think it's partially because the Bucks have the best inside defense in the NBA, so teams are more likely to stay outside and let it fly.

If you’re not going to defend the three or get every rebound, you better hit FTs and play better offense.
that’s the frustrating thing tonight- they’re not defending- and when the offense is rolling ok, fine... but if they miss a few, they’re give up too many runs, it’s no bueno. Pick up the activity on the defensive end and you don’t have to be perfect on offense to keep your lead.
