Giannis has just taken over on both ends of the court.

The stat line doesn't even capture it.

45 points, 13 rebounds, 6 assists, 5 blocks,  no turnovers. 3-7 from 3. 13-22 from the floor. 16-21 from the line

I was just so pissed off thru most of this game watching the Bucks play pretty crappy thru most of it after Bledsoe was ejected.  In the end.... who cares, they made up for any crappiness with a great end to the game and a great way to capture home court throughout the playoffs.

I'll be honest, I hope like hell we don't have to see Philly again.  I would not want to see those guys at full strength and rested.  They would be a tough matchup even if the Bucks end up getting back to full strength.

Let there be no doubt now!!!

I like the "He's a ****ing baby" about Ben Simmons from the last game. Simmons is as tall as Giannis but still has no chance of guarding him.

Embiid is a really tough matchup. Lopez can at least make him work and he got a lot of his assists from Mike Scott making 6-8 from 3. Mike Scott is not likely to replicate that often.

Think about this. The Sixers lost a game that they shot 18-36 from 3 and had 36 assists on 45 made FGs. The Sixers were missing Jimmy Bulter, but the Bucks were missing 3 of their top 7 players and no one besides Giannis and George Hill really played that well for Milwaukee.

The Sixers don't scare me as much as the Celtics. The Sixers are completely intimidated by Giannis. In 3 games against the Sixers, these are Giannis' stat lines.

Tonight: 45 points, 13 rebounds, 6 assists, 5 blocks, 13-22 and 3-7 from 3.

March (Bucks Loss): 52 points, 16 rebounds, 7 assists, 1 block, 15-26 and 3 for 8 from 3.

October: 32, 18, 10, 3 and 12-24 (0-3 from 3).

He's averaged 43 points, 16 rebounds, 8 assists, and 3 blocks a game and shot 33% from 3.

As much as we don't want to see Embiid, I guarantee they want no part of Giannis in the second round.

If the Bucks play their game, and Giannis plays with the ferocity he did tonight, I fear no one.

The Bucks played like shit and beat the Sixers on  their floor on a night when Embiid went for 35 and a triple double.

Warriors are the only team in their way.

Honestly the Sixers are intimidated by a number of teams.  Boston has their number and you know guys like Marcus Smart and Al Horford won’t put up with their crap.

Embiid is a great player but he acts like such a fake thug and punk.  Back in the day a guy like Shaq or Karl Malone or KG would have dropped his ass by now.  The antics really take away from his game.

I still fear Boston and maybe Toronto more so than Philly.

One other thing - if Giannis can shoot 30%+ from 3 he will basically be unguardable.  He’s shooting 25% for the season but his shot has improved later in the year.   His last 10 games he’s over 30%

Embiid is a very good player, but he is really a fraud when it comes to being a tough guy. Same with Simmons. Jimmy Butler is probably the most mentally tough guy on that team. Damn Reddick can still shoot it !!

Have to imagine Bledsoe will be extremely motivated if they meet again !!

The problem the Sixers have at their core is that Embiid and Ben Simmons aren't that compatible. Simmons has to have the ball in his hands to be effective, but his shooting ability makes Giannis look like Steph Curry. Embiid is a ball dominant guy that is best in isolations and Simmons being on the floor just clogs the paint for him. Essentially, Embiid would be best in a 4 out system like Giannis is in, but he's surrounded by Simmons and Butler who are poor fits for that system.

I'd love for the Bucks to have Reddick and Tobias Harris. They are perfect complementary players in the Giannis system (and to think the Bucks traded one for the other and ended up at the end with two worthless second round picks who never played). Even more ironically, the Redick trade that sent him from the Bucks to the Clippers also resulted in Bledsoe going from the Clippers to Phoenix.

February 21, 2013: Traded by the Orlando Magic with Gustavo Ayon and Ishmael Smith to the Milwaukee Bucks for Tobias Harris, Doron Lamb, Beno Udrih and cash.

July 10, 2013: As part of a 3-team trade, traded by the Milwaukee Bucks to the Los Angeles Clippers; the Los Angeles Clippers traded a 2016 2nd round draft pick (Marcus Paige was later selected) to the Milwaukee Bucks; the Los Angeles Clippers traded Eric Bledsoe and Caron Butlerto the Phoenix Suns; the Phoenix Suns traded Jared Dudley to the Los Angeles Clippers; and the Phoenix Suns traded a 2014 2nd round draft pick (Lamar Patterson was later selected) to the Milwaukee Bucks.

They had Redick and he didn’t want to be there.  It’s funny, he probably played the worst ball of his career with the Bucks.

For all the good moves John Hammonds made the Tobias Harris deal was a real clunker.  Ugh.

As for Philly, I actually want to play them now.  They are paper tigers.  Embiid can be really, really good but he’s a knucklehead.  Simmons is one of the most overrated players in the league.  He’s basically Andrew Wiggins part II.  He cannot defend or shoot.  He’s a freakish athlete that can maybe develop in those areas (a lot like Blake Griffin) but he’s not there now.

Bring them on

Just worry about winning the first series - something they haven't done in almost 20 years

They've gotten out of the first round of the playoffs once in the last 30 years.

I know the Big 3 team beat Tracy McGrady's team.  Was it Charlotte?  Beat Orland before that.  Lost in eastern finals to Sixers.
