Giannis out again tonight.

Should we be concerned?
Or just a way to get him about 2 weeks off with the light schedule ahead?
Bucks playing well so far. Up 14 at one point. Toronto cut the lead when the Bucks played Nwora and Green together. Green is almost helpless in one-on-one situations.
Bucks are shooting 59% from 3 (10 of 17), and are down by 9, 76-67.
Wonder if weβll ever see our preferred lineup on the court ever again?
Bucks run gets them back ahead.
Without Giannis, they really need Lopez for rim protection. When he goes out, the Raptors get a lot of easy shots at the rim.
Bucks now up 82-80. Three from the charity stripe by Allen and a shot by PC got some mo back.
Holliday really stepping up when the Bucks really need him. 26 points on 11 of 16 shooting (4 of 6 from 3), 5 and 5.
CBS describing Giannis as having a βlingering knee issueβ.
Itβs a bit scary not to have any kind of indication from the Bucks on whatβs going on with the big man.
Lopez with 15, Ingles and Allen 12 each.
90-88 good guys, but Jrue with 4 fouls with 4 + a quarter to play.
96-88 Bucks. Milwaukee an unbelievable 16 of 25 (64%) from 3.
Bucks now up 8. Raptors whining about the whistles.
The Raptors may come back and win this, but it will because Nick Nurse is playing his starters big minutes.
Bucks 3 point shooting the last 5-6 games has been ridiculous
Raptors playing their entire squad
109-100 Bucks with 9:23 to go.
Bucks get up double digits, but now down to 4.
Bud has to get Nwora out after the timeout.
Also, needs to get Lopez back in for rim protection.
Bucks have gone ice cold, missing their last 7 three pointers.
Wow. I don't think I've ever seen Lopez get that heated. He'll probably get screwed on that call, but the Raptors are a dirty team because that's the only way they can beat better teams.
Holiday was really hot also.
Lopez and Holiday are both about as even keeled as you can get.
Referees might have just handed the game to the Raptors. Brook Lopez ejected for two technicals. Bullshit call. One technical, sure. Not two for that

Raptors played their main guys 50 minutes last night. The main guys are going to be 40+ minutes tonight.
No wonder Kawhi wanted out.
Gritty win
Nick Nurse is a whiny bitch. Enjoy the loss fucko. You played all your starters and still lost.
Another great game from Holiday.
72 points the last two games in a back-to-back. To get two wins without Giannis or Middleton (and without Lopez in crunch time tonight) is huge.
Holiday played 35 minutes and the Bucks were +22 in that time. In the 13 minutes he sat, they were -14.
They really could have folded when Lopez got ejected, but he held them together.
Holiday has been incredible the last two games.

The Raptors won a title with Nurse, but it was probably the most joyless title you'll ever see. They handled Kawhi well for the one year they had him, but they traded a HOF level player (DeRozan) who wanted to be in Toronto for a guy who hated being there. They got a ring so I guess it was worth it, but it has to be bittersweet that the best player on your title team is not likely to come back for any old-timers days in the future. Kawhi played 60 regular season game as a Raptor.

Giannis sitting these games out may have allowed Holiday to make a winning case for finally making another all-star game. Of course, they'll still probably choose some offense-only guy like Trae Young or Zach LaVine instead of Jrue.

The 3 teams I hate the Bucks losing to the most are the Celtics, Heat, and Raptors. Iβm still salty over the 2019 Conference Finals. Always happy to make Drake and Nurse Nick miserable for a few moments at least. Great win by the Bucks tonight.
Iβm with you. I canβt stand the Raptors. The Celtics and Lakers are top of my list, and Iβd probably put Toronto next. I didnβt care at all about how the 2019 Finals went and Nurse got way too much credit for their success when it was 80% on Kahwi and 20% on Van Vleet going full on Robert Horry in that series shooting 57% from 3.
Look at them now. 20-25 and just got beat by a bunch of backups.

1. FVV going nuclear is the biggest reason. He's a good shooter, but he's at 39% from three for his career. In Games 4-6 of that series he went 14 for 17 from three. That's an outlier even if he was Steph Curry.
2. Kawhi was good on Giannis, but it was really Kawhi forcing Giannis to drive into help defense from pre-back surgery Ibaka and Marc Gasol.
3. Even then, if Eric Bledsoe had done anything it's Bucks in six at worst.
I'm still salty about it too.
The last 4 games of the Toronto series Iβm not sure Iβve seen a guy (Leonhard) play that well on both ends of the court in the playoffs. I mean, he was scoring like 30+ a game while drawing primary assignment on guarding Giannis.
Kahwi is truly a paradox.
