It's never to late with Gunslinger Joel at the helm!
UW might win 3 more games this year. Hooray mediocrity
If only Stave hadn't thrown the ez pick....
Key play coming up
Nice play call.
And that's the game.
And that's the game.
This Old House starts now
Here comes a miracle.
The miracle is that I watched this whole game.
He must be color blind or .purple is the new white.
You ruined my weekend Anderson!
Nah, that was the game is over just chuck it up and pray.
There is a real game with 2 real teams on CBS
Nah, that was the game is over just chuck it up and pray.
That's every pass in the Badgers arsenal, chuck it and pray
This team MIGHT beat Illinois but without a QB, that would be about it.
I have to admit, at least with Stave it felt like they had a chance and could move the ball.
How sad is that?
Yikes, Alabama just lost too.....wow, gonna be a huge shift in the rankings.

Yah, he did make me feel like we had a chance...... but as it turns out...a loss non the less. Dang it.
I am just so disappointed and disgusted right now with this team I can't even explain it
We have no QB. We barely have WRs or TEs. That's not a recipe for success. I am also really starting to wonder about this coaching staff.

I am right there with you. Every year they are ranked higher or expectations are higher they do the same thing and that is pee down their legs and lose to an opponent they shouldn't. Now I do think NW is better than given credit for but honestly UW really should have handled them. But, like you said if you have virtually NO play at of the QB position and no weapons on offense to speak of (besides Gordon) it is going to be hard to win. I am not ready just yet to write off the season but unless they can get the QB straightened out it can make for a long year.
Andersen better hope that this QB from Utah pans out. What possessed them to think that last year's starting safety was their best option for QB this year is beyond me, especially in what is essentially a pro-syle set. Stave made a couple of terrible decisions yesterday, but at least he was a threat to throw it downfield. If you were going to play McAvoy, why not do some read option or let him run on the edges?
Kafentzis' highlights look good. He better be that good or Andersen won't last much longer here.

I should add it's amazing that Gordon has put up the numbers he has this year despite no pashing attack whatsoever. Can you imagine what he would have done playing with Russell Wilson, Abbrederis, and Nick Toon?
Good point. It's also important to note that almost all of his throws are based on his first read.
I can't believe the coaching staff went into this season thinking he was the answer. It's one thing to look bad against LSU it's another thing to look bad against South Florida.
