I know I sound like a broken record, but Fickel’s teams have come out flat in every damn game. Every one.

Bryant originally committed to Wisconsin and the Badgers withdrew their scholarship offer. He has a lot of incentive in this one with Fickell being a former HC.

Nobody can game plan a  series of 3 and outs  like Phil Longo.

Northwestern runs a better Air Raid offense than the Badgers do.

getting gashed in the run game by a bunch of smaller guys.  not a good look

It’s just painfully boring football. The old Bucky ball offense was more exciting. The players don’t even seem excited.

And the defense is just atrocious this year.

Soft coverage and getting your ass handed to you the LoS is not a good combination.

Rucci reminds me of Jimmy Graham. Slow, glacier-like running. By the time he catches the ball, he is at the LOS, with no where to go.

Missed tackle gives NW a huge gain.

We can’t stop the runs inside, but we also can’t stop the runs outside. That makes it tough for Northwestern to decide what plays to call.

NW gets another 3rd down conversion on the Barry-like Defense.
