I assume that's the way it is now anyway. MM is an offensive guru and he doesn't seem to have an ego that would cause him to have to prove to Dom that he's the HC. If Dom is content being a DC, seems like this is the perfect situation for him...especially with the way that TT brings in talent.

After two gigs I would think that Dom would be done with being the head man but I was told that Polian had it easy building the Panthers earlier today so maybe now he thinks he may have another head gig in him.
The Broncos were in a rush and took an unprecedented approach to including the Bronco faithful on just about every step of their search process. The only thing they didnt do was have a "war-room cam" in the conference room during each applicant's interview.
Personally, I dont much care for the way they did it. Gotta wonder if they hired Fox because he was what they were looking for. Or did they "settle" for the best choice in order to appease fans.
