Corrected. Smiler

I realize aside from like Clifton there aren't really any other active players who were from that unit (Barnett Tauscher both IR'ed) but man I still think they need to post this pic on each locker room with the word Redemption right under it.

Gah. It still pisses me off.

Was this the same game as 4th and 1 Sherman didn't go for?
I'm still pissed the refs didn't even measure for the first down & just gave them the first. It was pretty close.

Thanks for the memories.

The more I've been thinking about this upcoming game combined with the Eagles play down the stretch vs. the Packers, if the Packers don't win this game I'm going to be furious.

No excuses. Play to your ability, do your job, focus & the rest will take care of itself. Packers are simply the better team even with the injuries

Agreed. When the Packers play to their abilities, there is no one that can beat them. However, take a game like the Bears where each WR had a major screw up, combined with Bulaga's 4 penalties and the offense gets a fail. I'm not saying we need a perfect game, but we definitely need something better on offense than what we got verses Da Bears.

I saw that at that game and stopped watching Rodgers and started watching her. I was hoping she hadn't broken her neck! Some folks attended to her quickly and she was up and on her feet shortly after Rodgers finished the lap - thank God. Someone breaking their neck on the last game of the season... it just wouldn't have been good.

The Packers have a chance to exorcise two demons this weekend. 4th and 26 and the first ever playoff loss at Lambeau where Mike Vick played a pivotal role.

Very good point!
There was another game in Philly before (?) the 4th-and-26 where we were behind very late in the game . We were driving the ball effectively and Holmgren decided to play for the FG instead of trying for the TD. Don't remember if it was Jacke or Longwell, but they missed the kick.
That's another demon I'd like to exorcise.
1997. Longwell's first year missed it to win.

One of my non-favorite home losses was on Monday football in the early 2000's when the Eagles drove down the field to score a late TD to win. Bow Wow had the coverage and the LT tackled Vonny Holliday I believe.

As it was spotted it was easily a first down in no need of a measurement.

Of course they spotted the ball about 2 yards past where they should have... with a competent spot it would've been a coin flip.
While I still think the spot was absolutely terrible, they probably still had the first down where he caught it. I still remember this stat from the game:

Freddie Mitchell, 2 rec, 37 yards with a long of 28. Nevermind he caught the ball just past the yard marker.
