Brewers pitchers getting lit up again, but Yelich with 2 3 run home runs so far. He has 6 home runs in 5 games against the Cards this year.

Great minds think alike. Yelich owns the Cards.
Nice inning from Guerra.
First pitch strikes make the game much less frustrating to watch.

Yelich has played 21 games against the Cards as a Brewer.
He has 12 HRs and 29 RBIs.
Holy shit. Yelich with another HR.
Offense (Yeli) bails out the pitching again.
Gonna have to out score em' at this point. Working.
The pitching hopefully comes around. Itâs amazing they have won games this way so far. How long till Big Sweaty is ready?
The Brewers have faced a lot of good offenses early this season. The Dodgers lineup is ridiculous and is probably the best in baseball. STL with the addition of Goldschmitt is very good and even though the Cubs have started out slowly thereâs no question theyâve got a lot of guys in that lineup that can hit.
We are also seeing that the Brewers can hit and bringing back Moose and adding Grandal has made a difference. Yelich is playing on a whole other level.
Good Wood!
I just found out the Brewer games are in High Definition on Charter woohoooo!!!
I like that strike zone box and the miles per hour pitch anyhoo CREW, just chased cards pitcher out of the game, bottom 3rd nice 5 run inning for the Brewers.
Another 3 run HR by Yelich. At this point, I don't understand why the Cardinals pitch to him at all.
In the 6 games against the Cards this year, Yelich is
11 for 20 with 8 HR and 18 RBI with 7 walks.
His OBP is 642. His SLG is 2.250. His OPS is 2.892.
Keep pitching to him, morons...
Big out there by Anderson. Keeps in the laugher range for now.
Lewis Brinson is hitting .197 for the Marlins this year and has walked twice in over 60 plate appearances.

Skul, shouldn't this have been posted 5 years ago instead of 12 hours ago?
Yelich is just unconscious right now
Imagine how good the lineup can be if Shaw and Aguilar and Moose heat up? Right now the top of the order and Grandal are carrying them
Still, as inconsistent as the pitching and hitting have been itâs very encouraging they are sitting at 12-6. Their schedule is most difficult up to Memorial Day and then it opens up.

HR and K's are really Corbin's calling card right now. Clearly dripping with potential, I think he will learn to keep them in the park.
I think we know who the odd man out in the rotation will be once Jimmy gets back. Or even Sutter for that matter.
âI love it here. Itâs a great place to play. Great baseball fans, great baseball city, we have an unbelievable team. Itâs just fun to come to the yard everydayâ

10 HRs against him in 17 innings. 24 strikeouts in 17 innings.
I'm sure the Brewers have looked at Burnes splits, but the conclusion now would be that he's a guy you use for 2-3 batters.
If you look at the first innings of each of his 4 games, he looks like a #1 starter.
4 innings pitched, 7 Strikeouts, 0 BBs, 3 hits, 1 HR, 1 ER.
I think we'd take a 2.25 ERA with 0.75 WHIP.
In his other 15.1 innnings so far he's given up 21 earned runs. That's 12.52 ERA with 10 HRs given up.

yep, your right
darn that ball Wilkerson hit in the fifth sure left the park fast.
Wilkerson pitches a 1 2 3 7th inning
Brewers have their hands full with Wacha down 5-2 going to bottom 7
how bout a nice little rally
Burnes was so good last year in relief except that one game against the Dodgers. I hope they can get him back on track somehow. Maybe a trip to the bullpen or even back to AAA is what he needs.
Kimbrel: Hopefully he's "moving closer" to becoming a Brewer:
