Anyone running in any of the races this weekend? I am driving up from central Illinois to run the marathon. Looking forward to running through Lambeau and City Stadium. Looks like a great course. I am hoping that the rain on Sunday finds a way to hold off.

Here are the marathon medals for this year.

If you get the medals for the next three years the medals fit together and have images on both sides. Here are what the backs will look like.

If you are running, GOOD LUCK and HAVE FUN!!!

Should have good weather for it, a little on the warm side.  Fast, flat course and who can beat running through lambeau!

I think if you connect all three it shoots laser beams or something.

I'm in it for the bling.

A little over a year ago I had not run more than a 5K and was about 250. This is my second marathon and have been south of 2 bills since about august of last year. I am just in it to compete with myself. I am very excited.

Plus I believe there is a clearance sale going on at the Packer Pro Shop. I am a bargain hunter so this should be a banner weekend at the old Cheeze house!

Running the half marathon tomorrow.  Done the Cellcom many times.  Great event and running through the players tunnel and around the bowl is really cool.  Usually quite a few "fans" in the stands cheering you on.

Going to be a little muggy but nothing like 3 years ago when people were dropping like crazy. Good luck Cheeze

I did the half that year, which was the second time I did Cellcom.  Man, that was brutal.  Haven't been back but mostly out of convenience.  It is a great course.  Did a spring half marathon here in Michigan this year instead.

Hope everyone had a good race.

It was pretty cool doing all of this and then finishing in Lambeau.

The weather had an impact on me but despite that I still did well and finished. It might not have been quite as well as I had wanted but completing is the ultimate goal and I am more than okay with that.

I am going to start working on some triathlons. Next marathons on the agenda is Milwaukee lakefront Marathon in October and then the St Jude's Marathon in Memphis in December. Next year planning on getting the 2nd medal at Green Bay!

thanks for the well wishes!

Congrats Tscmack! I hear you. No permanent damage and I am feeling pretty good today which is a bonus!

I really prepped and hydrated which helped.  I felt pretty good after and a little sore today but nothing major.  Good to see 8,000 of my closest friends and I finished well.   Hope you did well also
