Tuned in late. After 1 quarter, the Bucks are leading Boston, 36-29.

Bucks only up 1 because the Celtics are 8 for 15 from three.
Celtics sitting Tatum, Rob Williams, and Horford.
Marcus Smart gets elbowed in the face by Middleton, no foul.
Then Smart drives to the hoop, runs into George Hill, in the restricted area, and they say offensive foul on Smart. Challenge by Boston overturned that.
Giannis has got some points, but it's another somewhat passive night for him.
Bucks up 10 at the end of the half. Need to take care of this in the 3rd and get some rest for the back-to-back tomorrow night.
Bucks up by 10, at the half. 69-59. Bucks with 24 points in the paint.
Bucks lead dwindles to 1 point, early in the 3rd Quarter. Celtics are the third best 3rd Quarter scoring team, in the League, according to the announcers. Celtics on a 13-2 run.
Just tuned in. First, where would the Bucks be if Lopez was available all season?
2nd, again the Bucks look like they dont really care if they win or lose.
I believe that if the Bucks win this game, they will move 1/2 game ahead of Boston in the Eastern Conference standings.
Man the Bucks give up a lot of 3's......
Boston 45% from 3
Marcus Smart having a career game lol
Bucks up by 5, 102-97, at the end of the 3rd Quarter.
So, if the Bucks catch Boston to get the 2 seed they could draw the nets. Do we want that?
Celtics, shooting well, open up a 5 point lead.
This is a huge statement game by the Celtics. The second night of a back to back, on the road, without three starters, and they are outplaying the Bucks.
For the first time this season, I feel like this suggests the Bucks will not be the favorites to get out the East.
This is pathetic performance, even if they come back and win, because it might be worth two losses if they have to rest guys against Detroit tomorrow night.
20 for 43 from three for the Celtics.
Middleton turns the ball over a lot! So do the Celtics.
What a block? Brown didn't even hit the ball.
How about getting a rebound on defense?
Giannis coming up really small right now, and Smart is hunting Bobby Portis on defense.
Giannis with a very non-MVP performance. Airballs from 5 feet and gets blocked by Jaylon Brown.
Lots of our missed 3s had no Bucks rebounding the ball.
The Celtics are going to beat the Bucks in a playoff series.
And now Giannis barely draws iron on a FT.
Giannis to shoot two FTs. Made one
I wonder if there is something up with Giannis' knee? He's just not as quick as he usually is on defensive rebounds and on one-on-one defense.
Holiday gas been carrying the Bucks for the last week or so.
Giannis gets beat for a layup and got away with a foul on the Theis play. Giannis now misses 1 of the FTs.
Celtics take a time out! That may be a mistake...

It's been longer than a week!
Bucks win their 50th! 127-221.
Bucks get a win, but some significant concern for tomorrow night's game after the Big Three had to play a hard 38 minutes against a Celtics' team missing Tatum and Hereford.
76ers lost to the Raptors tonight. If my math is correct we should be half a game ahead of Boston, and 1 1/2 games behind Miami, in the East.
Interesting +/- stats tonight.
Bobby Portis was +28 in 27 minutes
Lopez was -8 in 23 minutes
Giannis was -2 in 38 minutes.

Yeah but tomorrows game is against the pistons. The Bucks should be able to handle them with minimal minutes from the starters.
Famous last words of hubrosity.
So what's the optimum seed?
#1 for guaranteed home court throughout?
#2 to avoid Durant in round 1?

They can't be the number one seed. Miami clinched that.
They can still be either 2, 3, or 4.
If you are the 4 seed, you play the Raptors in Round 1.
If you are the 3, you'll play the Bulls.
The 2 will play either the Nets, Hawks, or Cavs (most likely the Nets).
If you had to pick who to play in Round 1, you'd pick the Bulls. They are more like a lottery team right now without Lonzo Ball and an injury-hampered LaVine.
But you probably have to beat the Nets at some point, so just try to win out so you can get that 2nd round series against the Celtics or Sixers with home court advantage.
Phoenix and then Memphis, depending on what happens to Phoenix, would have home court thoughout the playoffs. Miami has clinched the Eastern Conference so the best the Bucks can do is 2 seed.
