I know it's probably a pipe dream, but at this point, the Packers have to consider any available options.

Does Cliffy have anything left? We'd only need him for 5 games, and any playoffs. Even if he can't play every offensive snap, he'd have to be an upgrade over what we have on the field right now.

I know I'm not the only one that was scared chitless seeing Aaron out there last night in a game that was already decided. I don't know what Coach McCarthy was doing leaving him in there, but I am fearful that Aaron is going to suffer a major injury. I really am. 37 sacks this season. How do you put the best player in the NFL in that kind of peril?

It really is amazing how quickly a guy's career can go South.

In 2010, Clifton was very solid despite all the wear and tear on his body. In 2011, he looked like a different guy right from the get go, then got hurt. I think the fact that both Patriots and Cards worked him out but didn't sign him probably means he's got nothing left.
