I’d take the FG
Shocker, so is Campbell

Good point Goldie!
Going for a TD here would be the most Dan Campbell thing ever.
YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE 3 POINTS.
24-7 Lions at the half!
How do you ponder going for a TD there? This ain’t Detroit man, this is the 49ers.
does Jimmy Johnson give his fake half time speech to the 49ers players the same way he did for the Cowboys?
The Niners have played 5 quarters of garbage playoff football. 4Q against GB was decent that’s it.
Just like last week, the Lions OL is keeping that so called vaunted DL at bay. And they still can’t stop the run worth a damn.
Anyone paying attention to what has been happening in Dallas since we slaughtered them knows we BROKE the Cowboys.
If this Lions’ beat down continues, SF will similarly have been BROKEN.

And Purdy got lucky early on one when his arm was hit and up went a wounded duck. Niners have weapons out the ass, but they can't get going if you make the qb sweat.
KC and that running game with Pacheco licking their chops against this SF defense. That’s if they can pull off another miracle.
SF allowed almost 150 rushing to GB and at 5 yards per clip. And GB was 7-13 on 3rd downs.
Detroit has 150 rushing in one half and 7 yards per clip. And 5-7 on 3rd downs.
That’s horrible defense. Difference is Lions scoring TDs and Packers kicked FGs.

Kicked and missed field goals.
Or missed them.
And didn't hang on to INTs.
I have a feeling Deebo will have a big half.
Detroit's D is not that talented or good, but they sure are aggressive tonight knowing Purdy ain't it.
Hope the Pack's next DC & MLF are watching.

Because the Packers skill position players, while good, don't have elite speed - which is why guys like Aaron Jones and Romeo Doubs were 4th and 5th round picks to begin with.
Jameson Williams likely runs a sub 4.3. Doubs ran a 4.52.
J. Gibbs ran a 4.36. Aaron Jones is closer to a 4.6.
It’s shocking just how bad the Niners are on defense. The Lions are dominating the LOS and just pushing the Niners DL around.
Loins wow should have picked em

Shanahan and Lynch thought the QB that was going to put them over the top was Trey Lance, not Purdy. They are lucky Purdy is as good as he is, but he has a fraction of Lance's arm strength and if Lance had panned out, they'd have had QB RPO as a huge part of the game plan.
Meathead with another meathead decision. Regardless if it worked or not.
Kick the FG you meathead
It was a good throw and a bad drop, but you have to take the points to go up 3 possessions there. It's still 3 possessions even if you score the TD.
Kick the FG, dummy.
Campbell is such a meathead....
Let's see go up 3 possessions or go for it on 4th....🤔 I think I'll go for it and give the Niners a chance...
It's Deebo time!!!!

They seem to have a fear of drafting speed.
This has been a horrible display of tackling by both teams.
AIYUK!! HE DID WHAT?!?!!
That missed 4th down conversion has the same feel as Carlson's missed FG last week. Up until Carlson missed the kick, I felt good about the Packers' chances.
If Campbell takes the points and goes up 17, the Lions are probably at 95% in terms of winning. That was a huge momentum swing and then Brock Purdy continues with the horseshoe up his ass.
Is Darnell Savage playing DB for the Lions???
Campbell's a genius until he does shit like that 4th down.
How lucky was that catch ?
Like last week, Aiyuk makes a great catch to keep San Fran in it.
Lions safety played the ball in the air like Darnell Savage.

Both on poor throws by Purdy.
Okay, now, TD 49'ers.
Notice how the Lions are going zero blitz here on 2nd and goal from the 6.
Detroit blitzing
Dum luck for 9ers
