Can't get in again. What was the fix?

CALL THE GEEK SQUAD AT THE BEST BUY THEY CAN HELP FIX YOUR VIRUS. I GOT A VIRUS 2 WEEKS AGO WHEN I GOT A POP UP THAT SAID I WON AN XBOX 360 WITH THE PURCHASE OF AN HP COMPUTER. LUCKILY I LOOKED IN THE YELLOW PAGES FOR BEST BUY'S PHONE NUMBER AND THEY HAD THEIR GEEK SQUAD AT MY FRONT DOOR IN A COUPLE HOURS. THEY INSTALLED NORTON ANTI-VIRUS PRO AND GOT RID OF THIS HORRIBLE VIRUS IN A MATTER OF MINUTES AND IT ONLY COST ME $276.43. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY MONEY SO I OPENED A BEST BUY CHARGE ACCOUNT AT NO INTEREST FOR 6 MONTHS. LET ME TELL YOU BOYS THEY ARE TRUE PROFESSIONALS OVER THERE AT THE BEST BUY. THEY ALSO SIGNED ME UP FOR THEIR SERVICE PLAN WHICH ONLY COSTS $39.99 A MONTH. NOW ANYTIME I HAVE ANY TROUBLES WITH MY COMPUTER I CAN RELY ON THE BEST BUY TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
ALSO DO YOU THINK I SHOULD UPGRADE MY INTERNET. THE GEEK SQUAD SUGGESTED I PURCHASE INTERNET EXPLORER 9 FOR $59.99 WHICH SEEMS LIKE A GOOD DEAL TO ME BUT I REALLY LIKE MY NETSCAPE NAVIGATOR. IM JUST AFRAID THIS NEW FANGLED INTERNET WILL HAVE TOO MUCH BANDWIDTH.

Strange. I'm using Chrome and it's working (usually doesn't). I suppose if you're feeling ambitious you could give that a shot.

yeah I'm having trouble getting into the chat too, I've tried IE, Firefox and Chrome and still nothing is working

I turned off some parts of my antivirus, and got in with firefox. Thanks for the help guys

Yeah, it would ALMOST load for me, then just get a gray screen. Turned off the antivirus for one minute, got in fine, turned it back on, no problem. Good luck!
