Also, Kelly with the Titans - as what? OC - would he be happy? He would be able to change scheme, but why would a HC want to do that in mid-stream? HC - he would want final say over personnel - already demonstrated in Philly. I don't think he is a fit - on the surface anyway.
He'd be HC, and apparently told Glazer he prefers NFL over college, and would not expect personnel control at his next stop. Given the huge amount of openings anticipated, I expect he'll be an NFL HC next year.
He might need to change his personality. Not sure why any team would want him. He proved nothing with the Eagles except that he wasn't very good. 26-21 record.

I read it more as he doesn't let his emotions get in the way and/or cloud/affect his intelligence

I doubt any owner or current GM will trust him any longer. He can say he doesn't want to be a HC and personnel man too, but his actions in Philly proved otherwise.

Which makes the Bradford choice (trade) all the more weird. Give the guy a shot with 'one of his types.' Mariotta, Kaep, RGIII. Would be fun to see how it played out.
