Props to them, that's a tough feat at any level.
One thing for sure, their Athletic Director will be walking around campus looking like...

Yep! I had a blast there. Good times. Good times. I always hated that UW-Zero stuff, but nothing you can do about the logo...it wasn't the brightest idea when they did that in the early 70's.
