That Collin's drew a flag confused me.

That first one is replacing the picture of my childen on my laptop

I was really annoyed at the Collins penalty

The guy ran back a pick 6 in the Superbowl - how many times has that happened?

Didn't they call it "going to the ground?"

I fail to remember "going to the ground" being a penalty.

Call it the Ochocinco or TO rule.

Basically, you cannot go to the ground for a celebration or automatic flag.

Kinda like facemasks....

Guys take a knee (Jennings did).

It did not seem excessive to me.

I don't get it either, but that is the rule. They are allowing a "prayer-type" celebration to be the exception. It will probably last until someone with a non-Christian religion celebrates in his own religious manner and the whole issue starts to run amok.

Adrian Peterson does that all the time and never gets called.

In a game of the magnitude of the Super Bowl, I can't see why they don't allow a little wiggle room. It's not like Collins was being a jerk or doing something really out there.

I recall two celebrations (regular season, I think) from opposite ends of the spectrum: the guy who once sat on the ground and made like he was rowing a boat was over the top and an idot move; the guy who made a snow angel after scoring during a snowstorm game was terrific.

The hard part might be where to draw the line -- and as the pictures of AP show, it would curve around some guys anyway.

It has something to do with going down on your knees and calling attention to yourself, as in arms upraised with the ball. They were also going to call the Hillbilly cowboy in Minnehaha and his steer roping act after a sack but I don't think he got any this year.

All three of the players in the pictures should be flagged for showing too much junk.

Didn't DeAngelo Hall just do the same type of celebration in the Pro Bowl after a pick? Someone else mentioned Peterson- good catch.
